Abstract

종이 코팅용 인쇄성 개선제, 종이 첨가제, 시멘트 혼합물, 코팅 물질, 접착제 등의 기재 조성물로서 탁월한 특성을 갖는 수성 분산액 조성물; 및 이로부터 제조된 코팅액 조성물, 펄프 조성물 및 모르타르 조성물. 수성 분산액 조성물은 100중량부의 에폭시 수지, 0.1 내지 0.5중량부의 미세 결정성 셀룰로오스 및 0.1 내지 10중량부의 계면활성제로 이루어진 수성 에폭시 수지 조성물 및 수불용성 폴리아민제 경화제를 포함한다. 수성 분산액 조성물의 사용은 접착성 및 점도와 같은 취급성 및 경화후 안정성이 탁월한 코팅 조성물, 펄프 조성물 및 모르타르 조성물을 제공한다.

Claims (12)

100중량부의 에폭시 수지, 0.1 내지 5.0중량부의 미세 결정성 셀룰로오즈 및 0.1 내지 10중량부의 계면활성제로 이루어진 에폭시 수지 수성 분산액; 및 수불용성 폴리아민계 경화제를 포함하는 수성 분산액 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 수불용성 폴리아민계 경화제가 지방족 폴리아민 축합물, 변성 지환족 폴리아민 화합물 및 변성 지방족 폴리아민 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 수성 분산액 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지 수성 분산액이 평균 입자 크기 10㎛ 미만인 수성 분산액 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지의 에폭시 당량이 100 내지 1,500이 수성 분산액 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 수지가 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 에스테르, 글리시딜아민, 선형 지방족 에폭시드 및 지환족 에폭시드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체를 중합시켜 수득된 중합체인 수성 분산액 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제가 음이온계 계면활성제, 양이온계 계면활성제, 양쪽성 계면활성제 및 비이온계 계면활성제로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 수성 분산액 조성물.
종이용 안료 각 100중량부당 0.1 내지 5중량부의 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 수성 분산액 조성물 및 6 내지 20중량부의 안료용 결합제를 함유하는, 주로 종이용 안료 및 안료용 종합제로 이루어진 코팅 조성물.
제7항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액 조성물이 수불용성 폴리아민계 경화제에 대한 에폭시 수지의 중량비가 0.1 내지 2.0인 코팅 조성물.
펄프 100중량부당 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 0.1 내지 5중량부의 수성 분산액 조성물을 함유하는, 주로 펄프로 이루어진 펄프 조성물.
제9항에 잇어서, 상기 수성 분산액 조성물이 수불용성 폴리아민계 경화제에 대한 에폭시 수지의 중량비가 0.1 내지 2.0인 펄프 조성물.
시멘트 100중량부당 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 3 내지 35중량부의 수성 분산액 조성물 및 50 내지 500중량부의 골재를 함유하는, 주로 시멘트 및 골재로 이루어진 모르타르 조성물.
제11항에 있어서, 상기 수성 분산액 조성물이 수불용성 폴리아민계 경화제에 대한 에폭시 수지의 중량비가 0.5 내지 2.5인 모르타르 조성물.
