Abstract

기존의 구성 부품을 유효하게 활용하고, 각별한 구성 부품을 이용하는 일 없이 차량의 구동력을 제어하는 것이 가능한 자동 변속기의 제어 장치를 제공한다.
엔진의 출력 토오크를 전달하는 상시 맞물림식 기어 변속 기구와 별개로 결합·해방되는 복수의 마찰 결합 장치를 구비하고, 또 마찰 결합 장치의 결합·해방에 의해 기어 변속 기구의 토오크 전달 경로가 절환되어 소정의 변속단이 설정되는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치에 있어서, 소정의 마찰 결합 장치의 결합에 이해 소정의 변속단이 설정된 상태에서 차량이 주행하고 있을 때, 변속단을 설정하고 있는 마찰 결합 장치 이외의 마찰 결합 장치를 슬립시켜서 차량의 구동력을 제어하는 스텝 9, 10, 11이 구비되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 이용되는 자동 변속기 및 그 부근의 구성을 도시하는 개략적인 단면도, 제2도는 제1도의 자동 변속기 및 그 부근의 구성을 도시하는 개략도, 제3도는 본 발명에 있어서의 자동 변속기 제어 장치의 주요한 시스템 구성을 도시하는 블럭도, 제4도는 본 발명에 이용하는 유압 제어 장치의 개략적인 유압 회로도, 제5도는 본 발명의 제어 루틴의 일예를 도시하는 플로우 차트, 제6도는 제어 루틴에 있어서의 차량 전체의 목표 제동 토오크와, 자동 변속기의 슬립 제어가 받는 제동 토오크와, 제동 장치가 받는 제동 토오크의 관계를 도시하는 타임 차트. 제7도는 본 발명의 제어 루틴의 일예를 도시하는 플로우 차트, 제8도는 본 발명의 제어 루틴의 일예를 도시하는 플로우 차트.

Claims (6)

  1. 구동력원의 출력 토오크를 전달하는 상시 맞물림식 기어 변속 기구와, 별개로 결합·해방되는 복수의 마찰 결합 장치를 구비하고, 또 상기 복수의 마찰 결합 장치의 결합·해방에 의해 상기 기어 변속 기구의 토오크 전달 경로가 절환되어 변속단이 설정되는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 변속단의 설정 상태에서 차량이 주행하고 있을 때, 상기 변속단을 설정하고 있는 마찰 결합 장치 이외의 마찰 결합 장치를 슬립시켜서 상기 자동 변속기의 출력 토오크를 제어하는 토오크 제어 수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 제어 수단이 상기 구동력원과 상기 기어 변속 기구의 토오크 전달 경로에 설치되어 있는 입력용 자동 클러치의 슬립 제어를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 제어수단이 상기 차량에 요구되는 요구 제동력을 출력하는 요구 제동력 검출 수단과, 이 요구 제동력 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 요구 제동력을 기초로 하여 슬립 제어되는 마찰 결합 장치가 받는 제어 토오크와 상기 차량에 설치되어 있는 제동 장치가 받는 제어 토오크와의 비율을 설정하는 비율 설정 수단이 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량이 차속을 일정하게 유지하는 오토 드라이브 제어 수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 토오크 제어 수단이 상기 오토 드라이브 제어 수단에 의해 차속을 일정하게 유지할 때의 제동력의 적어도 일부를, 상기 마찰 결합 장치의 슬립 제어에 의해 발생시키도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량이 제동 장치의 동작력을 제어하여 차륜이 로크하는 것을 방지하는 안티 로크 브레이크 시스템 제어 수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 토오크 제어 수단이 상기 안티 로크 브레이크 시스템 제어 수단에 의한 제동력의 제어 내용에 따라서 상기 마찰 결합 장치의 슬립 제어를 실행하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 차량이 차륜 마다의 구동력을 제어하는 트랙션 컨트롤 제어 수단을 구비하고 있으며, 상기 토오크 제어 수단이 상기 트랙션 컨트롤 제어 수단에 의한 차륜 마다의 구동력의 제어 내용에 따라서 상기 마찰 결합 장치의 슬립 제어를 실행하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 제어 장치.
