Abstract

본 발명은, 전기 에너지를 이용하여 차량의 구동 샤프트를 구동시키고 그 구동 샤프트의 운동 에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시키는 기능을 갖는 주모터와, 차량의 구동 휠과 차량의 내연 기관과 주모터 사이에 설치되는 변속기와, 전기 에너지를 주모터로 공급하며 주모터로부터의 전기 에너지 출력을 저장하는 축전 배터리를 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템에 관한 것이다. 주모터로부터의 바람직한 출력한 차량의 감속 상태에 따라 계산되며, 주모터가 최대의 재생 출력을 제공하는 주모터의 최적의 회전 속도는 상기 계산된 바람직한 출력에 따라 계산된다. 변속기의 변속비는 주모터의 회전 속도가 그 최적의 회전 속도에 일치되도록 제어된다.

하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 하이브리드 차량의 구동 시스템의 전체 구성 및 그 구동 시스템을 위한 제어 시스템을 개략적으로 도시한 블록도, 제2도는 내연 기관 및 그를 위한 제어 시스템의 구성을 개략 도시한 블록도, 제3도는 주(主)모터 및 그를 위한 제어 시스템의 구성을 개략 도시한 블록도, 제4도는 변속 시스템 및 그를 위한 제어 시스템을 개략 도시한 블록도.

Claims (9)

  1. 구동 휠과, 내연 기관(즉, 엔진)과, 엔진에 의해서 구동되는 구동 샤프트와, 그 구동 샤프트를 전기 에너지로 고동시키며 상기 구동 샤프트의 운동 에너지를 전기 에너지로 변환하는 재생 기능을 갖는 주모터와, 차량의 상기 구동 휠과 상기 엔진 및 상기 주모터와의 사이에 설치된 변속기와, 상기 주모터에 전기 에너지를 공급하며 그리고 상기 주모터로부터의 전기 에너지 출력을 저장하는 축전 수단을 구비하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템으로, 상기 차량의 감속 상태에 따라 상기 주모터의 목표 출력을 연산하기 위한 목표 출력 연산 수단; 상기 목표 출력 연산 수단에 의해 계산된 상기 목표 출력에 따라, 상기 주모터의 재상 출력이 최대가 되는 상기 주모터의 최적 회전 속도를 계산하기 위한 최적 회전 속도 연산 수단; 및 상기 주모터의 회전 속도가 상기 최적 회전 속도에 일치되도록, 상기 변속기의 변속비를 제어하기 위한 변속비 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 최적 회전 속도 연산 수단을 상기 주모터의 재생 출력한계치에 기초하여 상기 최적 회전 속도를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 목표 출력 연산수단은 상기 엔진의 회전 속도를 포함하는 상기 엔진의 운전 상태에 기초하여 상기 엔진의 요구 출력을 계산하기 위한 엔진 요구 출력 연산 수단과, 상기 차량의 주행 상태에 기초하여 상기 차량의 주행저항을 계산하기 위한 주행 저항 연산 수단과, 상기 엔진의 상기 요구 출력과 상기 주행 저항에 기초하여 상기 엔진의 여유 출력을 계산하기 위한 엔진 여유 출력 연산 수단을 펴함하며, 상기 목표 출력 연산 수단은 상기 엔진의 상기 여유 출력에 기초하여 상기 주모터의 상기 목표 출력을 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 최적 회전 속도 연산 수단을 상기 엔진의 상기 회전속도에 따라서 상기 주모터의 상기 재생 출력 한게치를 계산하며, 상기 주모터의 상기 목표 출력 및 상기 재생 출력 한계치에 기초하여 상기 주모터의 상기 최적 회전 속도를 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 재생 출력 한계치는, 상기 엔진의 상기 회전 속도가 선정된 수치 보다 낮은 영역에서는 상기 엔진의 상기 회전 속도에 비례하여 증가하고, 상기 엔진의 상기 회전 속도가 상기 선정된 수치 이상인 영역에서는 고정치가 되도록 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  6. 제4항에 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 제어 수단은 상기 엔진의 상기 회전 속도와 상기 최적 회전 속도와의 편차가 최소가 되도록, 상기 변속기의 변속비를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 차량은 가속기 페달을 포함하며, 상기 변속기는 종동 샤프트를 포함하며, 상기 변속비 제어 수단은 상기 가속기 페달을 밟는 정도 및 상기 차량의 주행 속도에 기초하여 상기 변속기의 기본 변속비를 계산하기위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 변속비 제어 수단은 상기 엔진의 상기 회전 속도와 상기 최적 회전 속도와의 상기 편차, 상기 종동 샤프트의 회전 속도, 및 상기 수단에 의해 계산된 상기 기본 변속비에 기초하여 목표 변속비를 산출하며, 상기 변속비 제어 수단은 상기 변속비를 상기 계산된 목표 변속비로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 축전 수단의 잔여 충전량을 계산하기 위한 잔여 충전-연산 수단과, 그 잔여 충전 연산 수단에 의해 계산된 상기 잔여 충전량에 기초하여 상기 주모터로부터의 출력을 한정하기 위한 모터 출력 제어 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
  9. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 변속기는 가변 속도 변속기인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 차량의 제어 시스템.
