Abstract

신규 화합물인 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴은 2,3-디히드로벤조푸란을 클로로메틸화시키고 생성되는 2,3-디히드로-5-클로로메틸-벤조푸란을 시안화물과 반응시켜 제조한다. (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴은 비누화에 의해 여러 가지 제약 활성 물질을 제조하기 위한 중요한 중간체인 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세트산으로 전환될 수 있다. 이 중간체는 지금까지 번거로운 공정에 의해서만 낮은 수율로 얻을 수 있었다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하기의 화학식 (1)의 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴.
  2. 2,3-디히드로벤조푸란을 클로로메틸화시키고 생성되는 2,3-디히드로-5-클로로메틸-벤조푸란을 시안화물과 반응시켜 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴을 얻는 것으로 이루어진 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴의 제조 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 클로로메틸화를 포름알데히드 또는 반응 조건 하에서 포름알데히드를 방출하는 포름알데히드 유도체, 염산 및 축합제를 사용해서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 클로로메틸화를 α.α'-디클로로디메틸 에테르 또는 화학식 Cl-CH2-O-R (여기서 R=C1-C10-알킬)의 클로로메틸 알킬 에테르를 사용해서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 루이스산 또는 유기 또는 무기 프로톤산을 축합체로 사용하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 2,3-디히드로벤조푸란 몰당 1 내지 10몰의 포름알데히드 또는 같은 양의 포름알데히드를 방출하는 포름알데히드 유도체, 1 내지 10몰의 염산 및 0.02 내지 1몰의 축합제를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 클로로메틸화를 -10 내지 +150℃의 범위에서 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 사용되는 시안화물이 알칼리 금속 시안화물 또는 알칼리 토류 금속 시안화물, 원소 쥬기율표의 Ⅰb족 Ⅱb족 금속의 시안화물, 또는 시안화암모늄 또는 시안화포스포늄인 방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 시안화물과의 반응에 금속 요오드화물을 가하는 방법.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 시안화물과의 반응을 0 내지 200℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  11. 비누화에 의한 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세트산의 제조에 있어서 (2,3-디히드로-5-벤조푸라닐)-아세토니트릴의 용도.
