Abstract
고정밀도로 연료 증산 방지 장치의 고장을 진단할 수 있는 연료 증산 방지 장치의 고장 진단 장치를 제공한다.
연료 탱크의 내부 압력을 소정의 초기 압력으로 조정하는 초기화 수단과, 대기구멍을 닫으면서 퍼지 제어 밸브를 구동하여 초기 압력을 소정의 목표 압력까지 변화시킴과 함께 이때의 퍼지량을 일정 유량으로 제어하는 압력 조정 수단과, 연료 탱크의 내부 압력이 목표 압력에 달하였을 때 퍼지 제어 밸브 및 대기구멍을 함께 닫음으로써 연료 증산 방지 장치에 밀폐 구간을 구성하는 밀폐화 수단과, 밀폐 구간에 설치된 압력 검출 수단과, 밀폐 구간의 내부 압력의 변화에 의거해 연료 증산 방지 장치의 고장 진단을 고장 진단 수단을 구비했다.

Claims (1)
- 외기와 연통하는 대기구멍을 갖추고 연료 탱크와 흡기관을 연통하는 퍼지 통로의 도중에 설치된 커니스터(canister)를 구비하고 이 커니스터에 수납된 흡착체에서 연료 탱크내에서 발생한 연료 가스를 수시로 흡착하고 내연 기관의 운전 상태에 의해 퍼지 제어 밸브를 제어하므로서 흡착된 연료 가스를 흡기관내에 적당하게 도입해서 연료의 증산을 방지하는 연료 증산 방지 장치와; 연료 탱크의 내부 압력을 소정의 초기 압력에 조정하는 초기화 수단과; 대기 구멍을 닫고 또한 퍼지 제어밸브를 구동해서 초기 압력을 소정의 목표 압력까지 변화시킴과 함께 이때의 퍼지량을 일정 유량으로 제어하는 압력 조정 수단과; 연료 탱크의 내부 압력이 위의 목표 압력에 달했을때 퍼지 제어 밸브 및 대기구멍을 함께 닫으므로써 연료 증산 방지 장치에 밀폐 구간을 구성하는 밀폐화 수단과; 밀폐 구간에 설치된 압력 검출 수단, 및; 밀폐 구간의 내부 압력의 변화에 의거해서 연료 증산 방지 장치의 고장 진단을 행하는 고장 진단 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 증산 방지 장치의 고장 진단 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
