Abstract
본 발명은 화학식(1)의 화합물 하나 이상 및 화학식(2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 포함하는 신규한 안정화제 혼합물에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, 치환체들은 특허청구의 범위에서 정의된 바와 같다. 신규한 안정화제 혼합물은 광원, 산소 및 열원으로 인한 손상에 대해 유기 재료, 특히 방직 섬유 재료를 안정화시키는데 적합하다.

Claims (19)
- 화학식(1)의 화합물 하나 이상 및 화학식(2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물.상기 화학식에서, R1및 R1′는 서로 독립적으로 각각 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C18알킬, C3-C8사이클로알킬, C3-C6알케닐, 비치환되거나 치환된 아릴 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이고, R2,R2′,R3,R3′,R4및 R5는 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소; 비치환되거나 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C12알킬; 또는 하나 이상의 N, S 또는 O 원자로 간섭되고 추가로 치환될 수 있는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C4-C28알킬; 또는 라디칼-CO-R6또는 -SO2-R6이고 R6은 C1-C12알킬, 비치환되거나 C1-C4알킬-치환된 페닐 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R1′가 서로 독립적으로 각각 C1-C6알킬, 비치환되거나 1 내지 3개의 메틸 그룹으로 치환된 사이클로헥실, 알릴, 이소프로페닐, 비치환되거나 C1-C4알킬-, C1-C4알콕시 또는 할로-치환된 페닐, 벤질 또는 α-메틸벤질인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R1′가 동일하고 C1-C4알킬, 사이클로헥실, 알릴, 페닐 또는 벤질인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R1′가 동일하고 C1-C4알킬, 특히 메틸인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2,R2′,R3,R3′,R4및 R5가 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소; C1-C6알킬; 또는 하나 이상의 그룹 -O-로 간섭되고 하이드록실 또는 라디칼 -OR6(여기서, R6은 C1-C4알킬, 페닐, o-, m- 또는 p-톨릴 또는 벤질이다)으로 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C4-C28알킬이거나, 비치환되거나 C1-C4알킬-치환된 벤조일 또는 페닐설포닐인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2,R2′,R3,R3′,R4및 R5가 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소, C1-C4알킬, 식-(CH2CHR7-O)n-H(여기서, R7은 메틸 또는 특히 수소이고, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다)의 라디칼 또는 벤조일인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2,R2′및 R5가 서로 독립적으로 각각 C1-C4알킬, 식-(CH2CHR7-O)n-H(여기서, R7은 메틸 또는 특히 수소이고, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다)의 라디칼 또는 벤조일이고, R3이 수소, C1-C4알킬, 식-(CH2CHR7-O)n-H(여기서, R7은 메틸 또는 특히 수소이고, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다)의 라디칼 또는 벤조일이고, R3′및 R4가 각각 수소인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2,R2′및 R5가 서로 동일하고, 각각 C1-C4알킬이고, R3이 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, R3′및 R4가 각각 수소인 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(1a), 화학식(1b) 및 화학식(2a)의 화합물을 필수적으로 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물.상기 화학식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 화학식(1a) 및 화학식(1b)의 화합물 50 내지 95중량% 및 화학식(2a)의 화합물 50 내지 5중량%를 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 화학식(1a) 및 화학식(1b)의 화합물 50 내지 80중량% 및 화학식(2a)의 화합물 50 내지 20중량%를 포함하고, 이때 R1은 C1-C4알킬, 사이클로헥실, 알릴, 페닐 또는 벤질이고, R2는 C1-C4알킬, 식-(CH2CHR4-O)n-H(여기서, R4는 메틸 또는 특히 수소이고, n은 1 내지 9의 정수이다)의 라디칼 또는 벤조일인 안정화제 혼합물.
- (i) 수성 유기 용액 중의 할로겐화시아누르산을 X가 수소인 경우 존재하는 수소 할로겐화물 수용체의 존재 또는 부재하에 과량의 화학식(3)의 화합물과 축합시키고, (ii)(i)에서 수득될 수 있는, 화학식(4a) 및 (4b)의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 루이스 산의 존재하에 레조르시놀과 반응시키고, (iii)(ii)에 따라 수득될 수 있는, 화학식(5a) 및 (5b)의 화합물을 포함하는 혼합물을 라디칼 R2를 포함하는 아실화제 또는 알킬화제를 사용하여 신규한 안정화제의 혼합물로 전환시킴을 포함하여, 제9항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 화학식에서, X는 수소 또는 양이온이고, R1은 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제1항에서 정의한 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 각각 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물을 유기 재료에 가함을 포함하여 광원, 산소, 열원 또는 이들 모두로 인한 손상에 대해 유기 재료를 안정화시키는 방법.
- 광원, 산소 및 열원으로 인한 손상에 대해 유기 재료를 안정화시키기 위한 제1항에서 정의한 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 각각 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물의 용도.
- 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 방직 섬유 재료를 제1항에서 정의한 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 각각 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물로 처리함을 포함하여, 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 방직 섬유 재료를 광화학적 및 열적으로 안정화시키는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 폴리에스테르 섬유 재료를 광화학적 및 열적으로 안정화시키는 방법.
- 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 방직 섬유 재료를 제1항에서 정의한 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 각각 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물로 처리함을 포함하여, 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 방직 섬유 재료의 자외선 차단 인자(UPF)를 증가시키는 방법.
- 비염색, 염색 또는 날염된 방직 섬유 재료를 광화학적 및 열적으로 안정화시키기 위한 제1항에서 정의한 화학식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물 하나 이상을 각각 포함하는 안정화제 혼합물의 용도.
- R1및 R1′는 서로 독립적으로 각각 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C18알킬, C3-C8사이클로알킬, C3-C6알케닐 또는 C7-C12아르알킬이고, R4및 R5가 서로 독립적으로 각각 수소; 비치환되거나 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C12알킬; 또는 하나 이상의 N, S 또는 O 원자로 간섭되고 추가로 치환될 수 있는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C4-C28알킬; 또는 라디칼-CO-R6또는 -SO2-R6이고 R6은 C1-C12알킬, 비치환되거나 C1-C4알킬-치환된 페닐 또는 C7-C12아르알킬인 제1항에 따른 화학식(2)의 화합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
