Abstract

2개의 상이한 하기 화학식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 1 : 20 내지 20 : 1 중량비로 함유하는 혼합물은 광, 열 또는 산화에 의해 유발되는 분해로부터 유기 물질을 안정화시키기 위한 안정화제로서 유용하다 :
식 중에서, n은 2내지 22의 정수이고 또 R은 수소, C1-C8알킬, -O, -OH, -NO, -CH2CN, C1-C18알콕시, C5-C12시클로알콕시, C3-C6알케닐, C3-C6알키닐, C1-C8아실 또는 비치환되거나 또는 페닐에서 1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 C7-C9페닐알킬임.

Claims (18)

  1. 2개의 상이한 하기 화학식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 1 : 20 내지 20 : 1중량비로 함유하는 안정화제 혼합물 :
    식 중에서, n은 2내지 22의 정수이고 또 R은 수소, C1-C8알킬, -O, -OH, -NO, -CH2CN, C1-C18알콕시, C5-C12시클로알콕시, C3-C6알케닐, C3-C6알키닐, C1-C8아실 또는 비치환되거나 또는 페닐에서 1, 2 또는 3개의 C1-C4알킬에 의해 치환된 C7-C9페닐알킬임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n이 2 내지 10의 정수인 안정화제 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2개 화합물이 변수 n에서만 상이한 안정화제 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2개 화합물이 변수 n에서 상이하고 또 2개의 n값의 차가 1, 2, 3, 4 또는 5인 안정화제 혼합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 하나의 화합물이 변수 n이 3이고 또 화학식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물의 변수 n이 4인 안정화제 혼합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 하나의 화합물이 변수 n이 4이고 또 화학식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물의 변수 n이 7인 안정화제 혼합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2개 화합물이 변수 n이 7이고 또 화학식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물의 변수 n이 8인 안정화제 혼합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 제3의 화합물을 추가로 안정화제 혼합물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 하나의 화합물이 변수 n이 2이고 또 화학식(Ⅰ)의 다른 화합물의 변수 n이 3이며 또 n이 4인 화학식(Ⅰ)의 제3의 화합물을 추가로 함유하는 안정화제 혼합물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 화학식(Ⅰ)의 2개 화합물이 라디칼 R의 의미에서 상이한 안정화제 혼합물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소, C1-C4알킬, -OH, C1-C8알콕시, C5-C8시클로알콕시, 알릴, 벨진, 아세틸 또는 아크릴로일인 안정화제 혼합물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, R이 수소 또는 메틸인 안정화제 혼합물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 히드록시페닐벤조트리아졸 및/또는 히드록시벤조페논 및/또는 옥살 아닐리드 및/또는 히드록시페닐-s-트리아진을 기초로한 UV 흡수제를 추가 성분으로 함유하는 안정화제 혼합물.
  14. 산화적, 열적 또는 광 유도 분해되기 쉬운 유기 물질 및 제1항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 함유하는 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 유기 물질이 합성 중합체인 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 유기 물질이 열가소성 중합체 또는 코팅용 결합체인 조성물.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 유기 물질이 폴리올레핀인 조성물.
  18. 유기 물질에 제1항에 따른 안정화제 혼합물을 혼입시키는 것을 포함하는 광, 열 또는 산화에 의해 유발되는 분해로부터 유기 물질을 안정화시키는 방법.
