Abstract
본 발명은 현미를 이용하여 제조되는 누룽지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은 현미를 곡물 분쇄기로 잘게 분쇄하여 주므로서 분쇄된 면에 의하여 점성이 작용하여 누룽지의 제조가 가능토록 하고 더 나아가 적정량의 잡곡을 혼합하여 주므로서 종래 일반미를 이용한 누룽지에 비해 더욱 영양가 있고 구수하며 잡곡의 종류에 따른 다양한맛의 누룽지를 제공할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 현미를 잘게 분쇄하여 잡곡과 적정비율로 혼합한뒤 적정량의 물과 함께 가열솥에 투입가열하여 제조되는 현미를 이용한 누룽지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
