Claims (1)
- 자동선별기에서 이물질을 완전히 제거하여 선별된 쑥을 물 100g당 소금 2g이 포함된 염수에서 약 2시간정도 잘 울려서 염수와 완전히 분리하여둔 후 염수에서 완전히 불은 쑥은 생수 100%에서 잘 헹구어 그늘에서 자연건조 시키고, 쑥을 완전히 건조한 다음 분쇄기로 1차분쇄 후 180M/C(메시)-190M/C로 2차 분쇄하여 쑥을 제분상태로 제조하며, 상기와 같은 방법으로 보리쌀, 녹두, 수수, 옥수수, 쌀율무 및 쌀현미를 제분상태로 만든 후 1인분 50중량(g)을 기준으로하여 쌀 현미제분 2-6g, 쌀 율무 제분 1-3g, 옥수수제분 12-18g, 녹두제분 1-3g, 수수 제분 6-109, 보리쌀제분 15-2Og 및 쑥제분 0.5-3g을 각각 혼합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 곡류 혼합스프.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
