Abstract

자동차용 브레이크 장치(1)는, 각각 하나의 제어부(10 내지 13) 및 하나의 작동 창지(4 내지 7)로 구성된 전기로 제어되는 4개의 휠 브레이크 장치(4 내지 7)를 포함하며, 운전자는 상기 작동 장치에 의해 각 휠 브레이크를 브레이크 페달(14)의 동작에 상응하게 서로 독립적으로 작동시킬 수 있다. 브레이크 장치(1)는 각각 2개의 휠 브레이크 장치(4 및 5 또는 6 및 7)를 위한, 분리된 2개의 전기 제어 회로(2,3)를 포함한다. 2개의 제어 회로는 하나의 제동력 시뮬레이터(15)로부터 개별적으로 제어 신호를 받으며, 고유한 하나의 에너지 공급 회로(백터리 a, 백터리 b)를 포함한다. 중앙에 있는 부가 제어 장치(22)에 의해, 차량의 안전 또는 안락함과 관련된 부가적 기능(ABS, 견인력 통제 등)이 4개의 모든 휠 브레이크 장치(4 내지 7)에서 제어된다.

Claims (4)

  1. 각각 하나의 제어부(10 내지 13) 및 하나의 작동장치(1 내지 7)로 구성된 전기로 제어되는 휠 브레이크 장치를 포함하고, 소수의 휠 브레이크는 상기 휠 브레이크 장치에 의해 서로 독립적으로, 그리고 브레이크 페달의 동작에 의존하여 작동되며, 휠 브레이크 장치(4 내지 7)의 각 하나의 부분을 위해 제공되는 분리된 2개의 전기 제어 회로(2,3)를 포함하고, 2개의 제어 회로는 브레이크 페달(14)의 동작을 포착하는 장치(15)로부터 2개의 제어 신호를 받고, 각각 하나의 독자적인 에너지 공급 회로(a,b)를 포함함으로써, 하나 이상의 작동 장치의 고장 시에도 차량의 브레이킹이 가능한, 자동차용 브레이크 장치(1)에 있어서, 브레이크 장치는, 모든 휠 브레이크 장치(4 내지 7)에 연결되는, 차량의 안전 및 안락함에 기여하는 브레이크 기능을 제어하는, 부가의 중앙 제어장치(22)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 에너지 공급 회로는 차량 배터리(배터리 a)로부터, 제2 에너지 공급 회로는 브레이크 회로의 전력 필요에 적합한 용량을 갖는, 하나의 부가 배터리(배터리 b)로부터 전력을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제1 에너지 공급 회로는 차량 배터리(배터리 a)로부터, 제2 에너지 공급 회로는 차량의 제네레이터(26), 및 소수의 브레이킹을 위해 충분한 용량을 갖는 부가 배터리로부터 전력을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 작동 장치용 제어부(10 내지 13)는 마이크로프로세서에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 장치.
