파워 트레인 진동을 감쇄하기 위해서 시스템을 최적화하는 것으로 제어 신호 Pwk가 규정된 범위의 엔진 토크 Mmot의 변화가 나타내는 신호 △ Mmot 에 관련해서 형성하는 것을 특징을 한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 엔진 토크(Mmot)를 발생시키는 차량 엔진(10)과 차량의 차륜(13)과 사이에 배치된 클러치(17)를 제어하는 시스템으로, 상기 클러치 제어 신호(Pwk)에 따라서 차량 엔진(10)과 차륜(13)과 사이의 힘의 흐름이 적어도 감소하도록 되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 제어 신호(Pwk)가 규정된 범위의 엔진 토크(Mmot)의 변화를 나타내는 신호(△Mmot)에 관련해서 형성되게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  2. 차량 엔진(10)을 제어하는 시스템이며 적어도 검출수단(1)에 의해 검출된 소망의 토크에 관련해서 조절되는 엔진 토크(Mmot)에 영향을 주기 위한 조절 부재가 설치되고 있으며 규정된 범위의 엔진 토크 변화시에 엔진 토크를 조절하려는 요망이 지연되어 실현되게 되어 있는 형식인 것에 있어서, 차량 엔진(10)과 차량의 차륜(13)과 사이에 클러치(17)가 배치되고 있으며 상기 요망의 실현이 지연되어 클러치(17)의 현재의 작동 상태를 나타내는 스테이터스 신호(st)에 관련되어 작동되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 엔진을 제어하는 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 신호(△Mmot)가 엔진·제어 장치(101)에서 도입하려는 엔진 토크(Mmot)의 변화를 나타내고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 스테이터스 신호(st)가 개방된 클러치를 의미하는 제1의 작동 상태와, 폐쇄된 클러치를 의미하는 제2의 작동 상태와, 조정된 클러치를 의미하는 제3의 작동 상태로 이루는 3개의 작동 상태중의 적어도 1개의 존재를 알리게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 엔진 토크(Mmot)가 엔진 제어 장치(101)에 의해서 제어 또는 조정되게 되어 있으며 클러치(17)가 클러치·변속기 제어 장치(16)에 의해서 제어 또는 조정되도록 되어 있으며 신호(△Mmot)가 엔진 제어 장치(101)내에 형성되어서 클러치·변속기 제어 장치(16)에 공급되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 엔진 토크(Mmot)가 엔진 제어 장치(101)에 의해서 제어 또는 조정되게 되어 있으며 클러치(17)가 클러치 · 변속기 제어 장치(16)에 의해서 제어 또는 조정되도록 되어 있으며 스테이터스 신호(st)가 클러치 · 변속기 제어 장치(16)내에서 형성되어서 엔진 제어 장치(161)에 공급되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량엔진을 제어하는 시스템.
  7. 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 신호(△Mmot)에 의해서 나타내어진 엔진 토크(Mmot)의 도입하려는 변화에 반응해서 제어 신호(Pwk)가 형성되어 차량 엔진(10)과 차륜(130과의 강성적인 결합이 중지되게 힘의 흐름이 변화되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  8. 제 4항에 있어서, 스테이터스 신호(st)에 의해서 나타내어진 클러치의 상기 제1 또는 제3의 작동 상태에 반응한 경우, 상기 요망의 실현의 지연이 발생하지 않는지 또는 그 지연이 감소되게 조정되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 신호(△Mmot)가 적어도 a) 엔진 토크(Mmot)의 전부호 변화 b) 차량 엔진(16)의 연료 공급의 중단 또는 비약적인 감소 c) 차량 엔진(10)의 연료 공급의 중단 또는 감소후의 연료 공급 재개, 또는 차량 엔진(10)의 연료 공급의 비약적인 상승의 발생 여부를 알리게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치를 제어하는 시스템.
  10. 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 클러치(17)에 의해서 토크 컨버터(11)가 바이패스되게 형성되거나 또는 클러치(17)가 서보 클러치인 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 및 또는 차량 엔진을 제어하는 시스템.
