표면에 강고한 산화피막을 형성한 스텐레스강 등을 500-600℃의 저온에서, 더구나 프럭스를 사용할 수 없는 진공납땜 등에서, 성분원소가 증발하지 않고, 양호한 침수성을 발휘하는, 종래에는 없는 저융점 땜납재를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. P의 0.05-1.5중량%, Ni의 0.5-5.0중량%, 필요에 따라 Cu의 30중량%이하, 및/또는 Ag의 10중량% 이하로, Ni와 Cu와 Ag의 합계가 35 중량%를 첨가하고, 잔부 Sn 및 불가피 불순물로 되어있는 Sn기 저융점 땝납재.

Claims (2)

  1. P의 0.05-1.5 중량%, Ni의 0.5-5.0 중량%, 잔부 Sn 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 Sn기 저융점 땜납재.
  2. P의 0.05-1.5중량%, Ni의 0.5-5.0중량%, Cu 30로 중량%이하, 및/또는 Ag의 10 중량%이하이며, Ni와 Cu와 Ag 합계가 35 중량% 이하이며, 잔부 Sn 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 Sn기 저융점 땜납재.
