Abstract

본 발명은 다음의 일반구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물 및 그 제약적으로 허용되는 산부가염, 및 그것을 함유하는 약학적 제제에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, C1-C8의 알킬기 또는 C3-C8의 치환 또는 비치환의 3-6원의 사이클로알킬기이며, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 히드록시기, 니트로기, C1-C4의 저급 에스테르기, C1-C4의 저급알킬기, C1-C4의 저급알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴알콕시기, 불포화아민기이며, 1은 0 내지 7의 정수이며, m 및 n은 각각 0 또는 1의 정수이며, W는 탄소원자 또는 질소원자이며, X는 산소원자, 유황원자, 치환 또는 비치환의 이민기이며, Y는 질소원자, 산소원자, Z는 수소원자, C1-C8의 저급알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, C1-C4의 저급알킬아민기, 질소원자 1-5개까지를 함유할 수 있는 환상아민기 또는 옥소기이다.
본 발명에 따른 화합물은 탁월한 함암활성을 가지며 그 독성이 낮아 항암제제로서의 우수한 효과가 기대된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 다음의 일반구조식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물 및 그 제약적으로 허용되는 산부가염.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, C1-C8의 알킬기 또는 C3-C8의 치환 또는 비치환의 3-6원의 사이클로알킬기이며, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 히드록시기, 니트로기, C1-C4의 저급 에스테르기, C1-C4의 저급알킬기, C1-C4의 저급알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴알콕시기, 불포화아민기이며, 1은 0 내지 7의 정수이며, m 및 n은 각각 0 또는 1의 정수이며, W는 탄소원자 또는 질소원자이며, X는 산소원자, 유황원자, 치환 또는 비치환의 이민기이며, Y는 질소원자, 산소원자, Z는 수소원자, C1-C8의 저급알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, C1-C4의 저급알킬아민기, 질소원자 1-5개까지를 함유할 수 있는 환상아민기 또는 옥소기이다.
  2. 제1항에서, Z가 옥소기인 다음 일반구조식(Ⅰ')의 화합물 및 그 제약학적으로 허용되는 산부가염.
    상기 식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, l, m, n, W, X 및 Y는 제1항에서와 같다.
  3. 일반구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 통상의 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제, 결합제, 붕해제, 활탁제, 용제, 용해 보조제, 보존제, 안정화제, 연고기제, pH조절제, 방향제에서 선택된 1종 이상의 보조제와 혼합하고 통상의 약제학적으로 사용되는 방법으로 통상의 약제학적으로 사용되는 제제 형태로 제형화한 약학적 제제.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, C1-C8의 알킬기 또는 C3-C8의 치환 또는 비치환의 3-6원의 사이클로알킬기이며, R3, R4, R5, R6및 R7은 각각 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 히드록시기, 니트로기, C1-C4의 저급에스테르기, C1-C4의 저급알킬기, C1-C4의 저급알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴알콕시기, 불포화아민기이며, 1은 0 내지 7의 정수이며, m 및 n은 각각 0 또는 1의 정수이며, W는 탄소원자 또는 질소원자이며, X는 산소원자, 유황원자, 치환 또는 비치환의 이민기이며, Y는 질소원자, 산소원자, Z는 수소원자, C1-C8의 저급알콕시기, 아릴옥시기, C1-C4의 저급알킬아민기, 질소원자 1-5개까지를 함유할 수 있는 환상아민기 또는 옥소기이다.
