본 발명은 아졸 유도체를 활성 성분으로 하는 항아로마타제제를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 아졸 유도체는 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시된다.
식 중, Y는 질소 원자 또는 CH이고, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1-5의 알킬기이고, R3은 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1-5의 알킬기, 할로알킬기. 페닐기, 시아노기 또는 니트로기이고, 기 R3이 2개 이상 존재하는 경우에는 그들은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, n은 0-5의 정수이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 아졸 유도체, 그의 염 및 그의 입체 이성체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항아로마타제제.
    식 중, Y는 질소 원자 또는 CH이고, R1및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는-탄소수 1-5의 알킬기이고, R3은 할로겐 원자, 탄소수 1-5의 알킬기, 할로알킬기, 페닐기, 시아노기 또는 니트로기이고, 기 R3이 2개 이상 존재하는 경우에는 그들은 동일하거나 또는 상이할 수 있으며, n은 0-5의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 항종양제인 항아로마타제제.
