Abstract

정보 서비스 제공자(ISP : Information Service Provider)에 의해 인터넷 상에서 사용자에게 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스에 대한 청구서 발송(billing)은 그 청구서 발송을 위해 ISP에 접속된 900 전화번호로 청구서 발송 전화호출을 함으로서 준비된다. 900번호 청구서 발송전화번호출에 대헤 ISP가 결정한 사용자 앞으로의 비용은 ISP로부터 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화실 서비스를 수신한 것에 대한 요금을 나타내며, 상기 비용의 청구서는 사용자의 전화번호 구좌로 발송된다. 상기 호출 및 이 호출에 의해 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스에 대해 ISP의 900번호 구좌는 전화회사에 의해 대변 기입된다.

Claims (18)

  1. 제 1 접속상에서 제공자에 의해 사용자에게 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법에 있어서, 제공자의 전화번호에의 별도의 접속상에서 청구서 발송 전화호출을 개시하는 단계로서 상기 제공자의 전화번호는 이 전화번호로의 전화 호출에 대한 호출자 요금이 피호자에 의해 결정되는 종류의 전화번호이고, 제공자의 전화번호로의 청구서 발송 전화호출에 대한 요금은 제 1 접속상에서 제공자에 의해 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스를 사용자가 획득한 것에 대한 비용을 나타내는 단계; 및 상기 청구서 발송 전화호출의 비용에 대한 청구서를 발송하는 단계를 포함하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/도는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 청구서 발송 전화번호를 개시하는 상기 단계는 사용자가 전화회사에 신호를 보내 제공자의 전화번호로의 청구서 발송 전화호출을 하고 상기 청구서 발송 호출 비용에 대한 청구서를 발송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서; 청구서 발송 전화호출을 개시하는 상기 단계는 제공자의 전화번호로의 실제의 전화호출 없이 사용자가 전화회사에 신호를 보내 제공자의 전화번호에 청구서 발송 전화호출의 비용에 대한 청구서를 발송하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제공자에 의해 수신된 전화호출이 상기 제공자의 전화번호로의 사용자에 의한 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 수신된 전화호출이 청구서 발송 전화 호출인지를 결정하는 상기 단계는 사용자가 청구서 발송 전화 호출을 한 전화번호를 제 1 접속상의 제공자에게 공급하는 단계; 수신된 전화 호출이 자동번호식별(ANI)을 결정하는 단계; 및 상기 수신된 전화호출이 ANI가 제 1 접속상의 사용자에 의해 제공자에게 공급된 전화번호와 부합하면 상기 수신된 전화호출이 사용자에 의한 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 수신된 전화호출이 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 상기 단계는 제 1 접속상의 사용자에게 식별번호를 제공하는 단계; 사용자에게 제공된 상기 식별번호를 청구서 발송 전화 호출상의 제공자에게 공급하는 단계; 및 상기 수신된 전화호출상의 제공자에게 공급된 식별번호가 제 1 접속상의 사용자에게 제공된 식별 번호와 부합하면, 상기 수신된 전화 호출이 사용자에 의한 청구서 발송 전화 호출인지를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/도는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  7. 제 2 항에 있어서, 청구서 발송 전화 호출에 대한 청구허 발송을 행한 전화번호를 전화회사에 제공하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 방법.
  8. 제 1 접속상의 제공자에 의해 사용자에게 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템에 있어서, 제공자의 전화번호에의 별도의 접속상에서 청구서 발송 전화호출을 개시하는 수단으로서, 상기 제공자의 전화번호는 상기 전화번호로의 전화 호출에 대한 호출자의 요금이 피호자에 의해 결정되는 종류의 전화번호이고, 제공자의 전화번호로의 청구서 발송 전화호출에 대한 요금은 제 1 접속상의 제공자에 의해 제공된 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스를 사용자가 획득한 것에 대한 비용을 나타내는 수단; 및 청구서 발송 전화호출의 비용에 대한 청구서 발송 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 청구서 발송 전화호출을 개시하는 상기 수단은 전화회사에 전화회사에 시호를 보내 제공자의 전화번호에 청구서 발송 전화호출을 하고 청구서 발송 전화호출의 비용에 대한 청구서를 발송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  10. 제 8 항에 있어서, 청구서 발송 전화호출을 개시하는 상기 수단은 제공자의 전화번호로의 실제 전화호출 없이 전화회사에 신호를 보내 제공자의 전화번호로의 청구서 발송 전화호출의 비용에 대한 청구서를 발송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  11. 제 8 항에 있어서, 제공자에 의해 수신된 전화호출이 제공자의 전화번호로의 사용자에 의한 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 수신된 전화호출이 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 상기 수단은 사용자가 청구서 발송 전화호출을 한 전화번호를 제 1 접속상의 제공자에게 제공하기 위한 수단; 수신된 전화호출의 자동번호식별(ANI)을 결정하기 위한 수단; 및 상기 수신된 전화호출의 ANI가 제 1 접속상의 사용자에 의해 제공자에게 공급된 전화번호와 부합하면 수신된 전화호출이 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  13. 제 11 항에 있어서, 수신된 전화 호출이 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하는 상기 수단은, 제 1 접속상의 사용자에게 식별번호를 제공하기 위한 수단; 청구서 발송 전화 호출상의 제공자에게 사용자에게 제공된 식별번호를 공급하기 위한 수단; 및 수신된 전화 호출상의 제공자에게 공급된 식별번호가 제 1 접속상의 사용자에게제공된 식별변호와 부합하면 수신된 전화호출이 청구서 발송 전화호출인지를 결정하기 위한 수단을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 요금 청구서 발송 시스템.
  14. 제 3 당사자에 의해 제 2 당사자에게 제공된 서비스와 관련된 총액 만큼 제 2 당사자로부터의 전화호출에 대해 제 1 당사자가 제 2 당사자에게 청구서를 발송하는 단계와; 상기 제 1 당사자가 상기 제 3 당사자에게 상기 서비스에 대한 총액을 지불하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구서 발송 방법.
  15. 상기 사용자에게 제공자에 의해 제공된 서비스에 관련된 총액만큼 사용자로부터 전화 호출에 대해 전화회사가 상기 사용자에게 청구서를 발송하는 단계와; 상기 전화회사가 상기 서비스에 관련된 총액을 상기 제공자에게 지불하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구서 발송 방법.
  16. 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 전화호출은 전화번호 호출에 대한 비용이 피호자에 의해 결정되는 상기 전화번호로의 호출인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구서 발송 방법.
  17. 제 16 항에 있어서, 제공자에 의해 제공된 서비스는 인터넷상의 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스의 제공인 것을 특징으로 하는 청구서 발송 방법.
  18. 제공자가 사용자로부터 상기 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스에 대한 요구를 수신하는 단계; 사용자가 전화번호를 호출한후, 전화회사로부터 상기 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스에 대한 지불을 제공자가 수신하는 단계로서, 비용은 상기 전화번호의 그러한 호출에 관련되어 있음과 아울러, 상기 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스에 대한 사용자 비용과 관련되어 있는 단계; 및 제공자가 사용자에게 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인터넷상에서의 정보 서비스 및/또는 대화식 서비스 제공 방법.
