Abstract
가열 실린더내의 스크루의 회전에 의해 성형 재료를 압축하여 용융하고 용융 재료를 금형으로 사출 충전함으로서 PET와 PEN의 혼합물로 구성된 폴리에스테르 수지인 용융 재료로부터 소망의 프로폼을 성형하고자 할때, 성형 재료의 가소화 죤(13)은 사출 스크루(2)의 압축죤(12)과 스크루 단부에 있는 계량죤(14) 사이에 형성되어 있다. 가소화 죤(13)에서, 용융 재료가 계량죤(14)에 도달할 때까지 미용융 재료를 용융시켜 제거하기 위해 성형 재료를 용융, 이완, 혼련과 이완 단계를 행한다. PET와 PEN의 혼합물로 구성된 폴리에스테르 수지가 성형재료로 사용될 때에, 성형품의 불투명화와 겔상의 미용융 입자형 재료의 발생을 방지하는 것이다.

Claims (13)
- 가열 실린더내의 스크루의 회전에 의해 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트의 혼합물로 구성된 폴리에스테르 수지인 성형 재료를 압축 용융하는 단계와, 상기 성형재료를 금형으로 사출 충전하여 소망의 프로폼을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법에 있어서, 가소화 죤을 상기 사크루의 압축죤과 상기 스크루의 단부에 있는 계량죤 사이에 형성되고, 용융부, 요융 이완부, 혼련부와 혼련 이완부로 나누고, 상기 가소화죤의 상기 부에서 상기 성형재료의 용융, 이완, 혼련과 이완을 행하고, 상기 용융재료내에 남아 있는 미용융 재료의 용융을 촉진하고 용융 재료의 훈련의 균일화를 행하여, 용융재료가 계량죤에 도달하기전 미용융 재료를 용융하고 혼련하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이완은 가소화죤의 가열 실린더와 스크루 축부 사이에 간격을 부분적으로 스크루 축부의 직경을 감소함으로서 확대하여 행하고, 가소화 죤의 용융 이완부는 폴라이트가 없는 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트이 혼합물을 90 내지 10중량%의 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 10 내지 90중량%의 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트는 테레프탈레이트 8.0mol%과 2,6-나프탈렌디카르복실레이트 92.0mol%을 함유하는 코폴리머 조성물이 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 인-라인 스크루형(in-line screw type) 사출 장치의 사출 스크루인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 스크루-플런저 프리플라스티케이터형(screw-plunger preplasticator type) 사출 장치의 가소화 스크루인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 가소화 스크루와 스크루-스크루프리플라스티케이터형(screw-screw preplasticator type) 사출 장치의 사출 스크루인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 프리폼 사출 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 사출 성형 방법에 의해 프리폼을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼의 내부가 완전히 냉각되지 않고 여전히 고온이고 프리폼의 형상이 냉각에 의해 표면에 형성된 피층(skin layer)에 의해 유지되는 초기 단계에서, 립 금형(lip mold)에 의해 유지된 프리폼의 입구부를 가진 사출 금형의 코어금형과 공동금형으로부터 분리하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 블로금형으로 이송하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼의 표면 온도가 내부열에 의해 상승되어 피크 온도에 도달하기 전에 상기 블로 금형내에성 축방향으로 상기 프리폼을 연신하고 동시에 공기를 불어넣어 박벽 용기와 같은 중공 성형품을 성셩하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 연신 블로 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 사출 성형 방법에 의해 프리폼을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼의 형상을완전히 유지할 때까지 상기 프리폼을 냉각하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 립 금형에 의해 입구를 유지하여 사출 금형의 코어 금형과 공동 금형으로부터 분리하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 온도 조절부로 이송하여 상기 프리폼의 온도를 성형 온도로 조정하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 블로 금형으로 이송하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 박벽 용기와 같은 중공성형품으로 연신 블로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 연신 블로 성형 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 사출 성형 방법에 의해 프리폼을 성형하는 단계와, 상기 성형 프리폼을 적층하여 두는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 열변형 온도까지 가열하여 연화하는 단계와, 상기 프리폼을 블로 금형내에서 박벽 용기로 연신 블로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 수지의 연신 블로 성형 방법.
- 회전, 전방과 후방으로 이동가능하도록 가열 실린더내에 배치되어 있는, 폴리에스테르 수지를 사출 및 가소화하기 위한 사출 스크루에 있어서, 상기 스크루는 차례로 재료 공급죤과, 압축죤과, 가소화 죤과 계량죤을 포함하며, 상기 가소화 죤은 악축죤축으로부터 계량죤측까지 차례로 용융부, 용융 이완부, 혼련부와 혼련이완부의 작업부를 가지며, 상기 2개의 이완부는 용융재료내에 남아 있는 미용융 재료의 용융을 촉진하고 용융재료를 균일하게 혼련하도록, 가열실린더와 스크루 축부 사이의 간격을 부분적으로 스크루축부의 직경을 감소 함으로써 확대하여 형성되고, 상기 가소화죤의 상기 용융 이완부는 스크루 플라이트를 전부(前部) 스크루 플라이트와 후부(後部) 스크루 플라이트로 나누도록 플라이트가 없는 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 스크루.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전부 스크루 플라이트의 일부분은 후부 스크루 플라이트의 피치보다 좁은 피치로 설정되도록 이중 플라이트로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 스크루.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 이완부에서의 스크루 축의 직경은 용융부의 스크루 축의 70 내지 80% 감소된 직경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출 스크루.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
