Abstract

공기 조절 덕트의 성형성 및 장착 작업성의 개선을 도모한다.
사이드 벤트 덕트(3, 3)와 사이드 차동 덕트(4, 4)를 센터 벤트 덕트(2)를 중심으로 전후에 오프셋하여 좌우 방향에 직선형으로 일체로 블로우 성형하여 덕트 성형성을 양호하게 하고, 또한 사이드 차동 덕트(4, 4)의 단부에 분출구(4a, 4a) 위치의 전후 방향 및 상하 방향으로 굴곡하여 이동 조정할 수 있는 주름 상자부(5, 5)를 형성하여 분출구(4a, 4a)의 계기판(14)으로의 접속 고정을 용이하게 하고 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예를 도시하는 평면도, 제2도는 동일 실시예의 정면도, 제3도는 동일 실시예의 사이드 차동 덕트 단부를 굴곡 변형시킨 상태의 평면도, 제4도는 제3도의 정면도, 제5도는 사이드 벤트 덕트 단부와 사이드 차동 덕트 단부의 관계를 도시하는 사시도, 제6도는 제5도의 측면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 사이드 벤트 덕트와 사이드 차동 덕트를 비고무계 수지 재료로써 센터 벤트 덕트를 중심으로 전후에 오프셋하여 좌우 방향에 직선형으로 일체로 블로우 성형하는 동시에, 사이드 차동 덕트의 단부를 사이드 벤트 덕트의 단부와 분리 형성하며, 또한 그 사이드 차동 덕트의 단부에 분출구(噴出口) 위치의 전후 방향 및 상하 방향으로 굴곡하여 이동 조정할 수 있는 주름 상자부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기 조절 덕트 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사이드 벤트 덕트의 단부를 사이드 차동 덕트의 주름 상자부 부근에서 그 사이드 벤트 덕트보다도 하측으로 오프셋하여 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기 조절 덕트 구조.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사이드 차동 덕트 단부의 분출구 부근에, 블로우 성형시에 생기는 버르(burr)를 이용하여 계기판에 장착되는 플랜지를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기 조절 덕트 구조.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사이드 차동 덕트 단부의 분출구 부근에, 블로우 성형시 생기는 버르를 이용하여 사이드 벤트 덕트 단부에 장착되는 플랜지를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기 조절 덕트 구조.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 사이드 차동 덕트 단부의 분출구 부근에, 블로우 성형시 생기는 버르를 이용하여 사이드 벤트 덕트 단부에 장착되는 플랜지를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 공기 조절 덕트 구조.
