Abstract

3-이소티아졸론 및 금속질산의 배합물에 Cu2+염을 ppm 수준으로 첨가함으로써 저장하는 동안 이소티아졸론 배합물에 미세한 침전물이 형성되는 것을 감소 혹은 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. a) 3-이소티아졸론 0.1-20wt%
    b) 금속 질산염 0.1-25wt%
    c) 제이구리(Cu2+) 이온 0.1-100ppm
    d) 용매를 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 Cu2+이온의 양은 1-10ppm임을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  3. 2항에 있어서, 상기 Cu2+이온의 양은 1-5ppm임을 특징으로하는 조성물.
  4. 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론은 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-매틸-3-이소티아조론, 4, 5-디클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론, 2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론 혹은 4.5-디클로로-2-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 3항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론은 5-클로로-2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론과 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론의 3:1 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 질산염은 질산마그네슘임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 Cu2+이온은 질산구리임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 상기 청구항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3-이소티아졸론 12-16wt%, 질산마그네슘 12-25wt% 및 Cu2+이온을 1-5ppm 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. Cu2+이온을 1-100ppm 편입함을 포함하는 3-이소티아졸론 1.0-20wt%와 금속질산염 0.1-25wt%를 함유한 배합물에서의 침전형성 감소 혹은 방지방법.
  10. 3-이소티아졸론 1.0-20wt%와 금속질산 0.1-25wt%를 함유한 배합물에 있어서 침전형성의 감소 혹은 방지에 사용되는 Cu2+이온.
