방향족 디술파이드 화합물(2, 2'-디티오비스벤조산은 제외)을 도입함으로써 화학적 분해에 대하여 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 3-이소티아졸론 살균제를 안정화하는 방법이 개시되었다.

Claims (9)

  1. 3-이소티아졸론에 3-이소티아졸론을 안정화하기에 충분한 양으로 2, 2'-디티오비스벤조산이 아닌 최소 하나의 방향족 디술파이드 화합물을 도입하는 단계를 포함하는 할로겐을 함유하지 않는 3-이소티아졸론 살균제의 안정화 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디술파이드 화합물은 2, 2'-디티오비스(피리딘-N-옥사이드); 5, 5'-디티오비스(2-니트로벤조산); 2, 2'-디티오비스(피리딘); 2, 2'-디티오비스(벤조티아졸); 2, 2'-디티오비스(5-니트로피리딘); 및 5, 5'-디티오비스(1-페닐-1-H-테트라졸)로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론은 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론; 2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론; 2-에틸-3-이소티아졸론; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론 대 방향족 디술파이드 화합물의 비는 10:1 - 1:10임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 3-이소티아졸론 살균제 및 상기 3-이소티아졸론을 안정화하기에 충분한 양으로 2, 2'-디티오비스벤조산이 아닌 최소 하나의 방향족 디술파이드 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디술파이드 화합물은 2, 2'-디티오비스(피리딘-N-옥사이드); 5, 5'-디티오비스(2-니트로벤조산); 2, 2'-디티오비스(피리딘); 2, 2'-디티오비스(벤조티아졸); 2, 2'-디티오비스(5-니트로피리딘); 및 5, 5'-디티오비스(1-페닐-1-H-테트라졸)로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론은 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론; 2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론; 2-에틸-3-이소티아졸론; 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론 대 방향족 디술파이드 화합물의 비는 10:1 - 1:10임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 3-이소티아졸론은 2-메틸-3-이소티아졸론 및 2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되며; 상기 방향족 디술파이드 화합물은 2, 2'-디티오비스(피리딘-N-옥사이드) 및 5, 5'-디티오비스(2-니트로벤조산)으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택되며; 및 상기 3-이소티아졸론 대 상기 방향족 디술파이드 화합물의 비는 1:10 - 10:1임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
