Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 α-아릴아크릴산 유도체.상기 식에서, X는 C 또는 N이고, Y는 CN4, N, O 또는 S이고, Z는 CR5, N, O 또는 S이고, Y 및 Z는 동시에 O, S 또는 O 및 S가 아니고, n은 0 내지 4이고, R1은 니트로, 시아노, 할로겐;C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬티오, 또는 n이 2, 3 또는 4인 경우에, 2개의 인접 치환체 R1은 함께 1 내지 4개의 할로겐 원자, 및(또는) 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬티오 중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 기를 포함할 수 있는 1,3-부타디엔-1,4-디일을 형성하고;R2는 C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4-알콕시카르보닐 또는 디메틸아미노이고, R3이 헤테로사이클릭 또는 헤테로방향족 기이거나 R4또는 R5가 수소가 아닌 경우에, R2는 추가로 수소일수 있고;R3은 수소;비치환 또는 치환 알킬;탄소 원자와 더불어 고리 원으로서 산소, 황 및 질소로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 헤테로 원자를 함유할 수 있는 비치환 또는 치환 포화 또는 일불포화 또는 이불포화 고리 구조;또는 탄소 원자와 더불어 1 내지 4개의 질소 원자, 또는 2개의 질소 원자 및 1개의 산소 또는 황 원자로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 헤테로 원자를 포함할 수 있는 비치환 또는 치환 단핵 또는 이핵 방향족계이고, R4및 R5는 각각 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 디메틸아미노 또는 C1-C6-알콕시카르보닐이다.

- 해충 또는 진균 또는 그의 서식지를 유효량의 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 α-아릴아크릴산 유도체로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해충 또는 진균의 억제 방법.상기 식에서, X는 C 또는 N이고, Y는 CR4, N, O 또는 S이고, Z는 CR5, N, O 또는 S이고, Y 및 Z는 동시에 O, S 또는 O 및 S가 아니고, n은 0 내지 4이고, R1은 니트로, 시아노, 할로겐;C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬티오, 또는 n이 2, 3 또는 4인 경우에, 2개의 인접 치환체 R1은 함께 1 내지 4개의 할로겐 원자, 및(또는) 니트로, 시아노, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬티오 중에서 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 기를 포함할 수 있는 1,3-부타디엔-1,4-디일을 형성하고;R2는 C1-C4-알킬, 분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, C1-C4-알콕시카르보닐 또는 디메틸아미노이고, R3이 헤테로사이클릭 또는 헤테로방향족 기이거나 R4또는 R5가 수소가 아닌 경우에, R2는 추가로 수소일 수 있고;R3은 수소;비치환 또는 치환 알킬;탄소 원자와 더불어 고리 원으로서 산소, 황 및 질소로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 헤테로 원자를 함유할 수 있는 비치환 또는 치환 포화 또는 일불포화 또는 이불포화 고리 구조;또는 탄소 원자와 더불어 1 내지 4개의 질소 원자, 또는 2개의 질소 원자 및 1개의 산소 또는 황 원자로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 1 내지 3개의 헤테로 원자를 포함할 수 있는 비치환 또는 치환 단핵 또는 이핵 방향족계이고, R4및 R5는 각각 수소, C1-C4-알킬, 부분적으로 또는 완전히 할로겐화된 C1-C4-알킬, 할로겐, 시아노, 니트로, 디메틸아미노 또는 C1-C4-알콕시카르보닐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 O이고, R2가 염소이고, R3이 비치환 또는 치환 페닐이고, X가 C이고, Y가 N이고, Z가 O인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 O이고, R2가 트리플루오로메틸이고, R3이 비치환 또는 치환 페닐이고, X 및 Y가 각각 N이고, Z가 CH인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 O이고, R2가 메틸이고, R3이 비치환 또는 치환 페닐이고, X가 C이고, Y가 O이고, Z가 N인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
