Abstract

본 발명은 할로겐화되지 않은 3-이소티아졸론을 PH 8.5 이상인 침식성 시스템에서 안정화하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다 본 발명은 또한 pH 8.5 이상이며, 할로겐화되지 않은 3-이소티아졸론 및 요오드-함유 안정화제를 안정화게 효과적인 양으로 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 요오드산, 과요오드산 및 이들의 염으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 요오드-함유 화합물을 안정화에 효과적인 양으로 도입하는 단계를 포함하는, pH 8.5 이상이고 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온을 함유하지 않는 조성물에서 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온, 2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 혹은 이들의 혼합물을 안정화하는 방법.
  2. 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온, 2-n-옥틴-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 이들의 혼합물 및 요오드산, 과요오드산, 이들의 염으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 요오드-함유 화합물의 안정화에 효과적인 양으로 포함하여, pH 8.5 이상이고 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온을 함유하지 않는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서 금속 가공유의 형태로 절삭유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온은 750-5,000ppm의 농도로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2-n-옥틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온은 100-2,500ppm의 농도로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
