식(I)
(식중, R1은 수소원자, 탄소원자수1∼10개의 알킬기 또는 탄소수원자수3∼10의 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 탄소원자수3∼10개의 시클로알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 메틸기로 치환된 탄소원자수3∼10개의 시클로알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 탄소원자수3∼10개의 시클로알킬기로 치환된 탄소원자수1∼3개의 알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 탄소원자수5∼10개의 분지쇄상 알킬기를 나타내거나, 탄소원자수 5∼10개의 분지쇄상 알케닐기를 나타내고, X는 α 또는 β 치환된 할로겐원자를 나타내고, A는 에틸렌기, 비닐렌기 또는 에티닐렌기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염은 인과성의 안압상승 등의 부작용이 없거나, 이들 부작용을 현저히 경감한 안압하강제로서 유용하다.

프로스타글란딘 유도체, 그의 염 및 그의 사용

제1도는 본 발명 화합물을 10-6mol/50㎕의 농도로 함유하는 점안액을 토끼에 점안했을 때의 안압의 경시변화를 나타내는 그래프이다, 제2도는 본 발명 화합물을 10-7mol/50㎕의 농도로 함유하는 점안액을 토끼에 점안했을 때의 안압의 경시변화를 나타내는 그래프이다, 제3도는 본 발명 화합물을 10-8mol/50㎕의 농도로 함유하는 점안액을 토끼에 점안했을 때의 안압의 경시변화를 나타내는 그래프이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 식(I)
    (식중, R1은 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1∼10개의 알킬기 또는 탄소수원자수 3∼10의 시클로알킬기를 나타내고, R2는 탄소원자수 3∼10개의 시클로알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 메틸기로 치환된 탄소원자수 3∼10개의 시클로알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 탄소원자수 3∼10개의 시클로알킬기로 치환된 탄소원자수 1∼3개의 알킬기를 나타내거나, 또는 탄소원자수 5∼10개의 분지쇄상 알킬기를 나타내거나, 탄소원자수 5∼10개의 분지쇄상 알케닐기를 나타내고, X 는 α 또는 β 치환된 할로겐원자를 나타내고, A는 에틸렌기, 비닐렌기 또는 에티닐렌기를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 수소원자, 탄소원자수 1∼10개의 알킬기이며, A가 에틸렌기인 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 탄소원자수 5∼8개의 시클로알킬기, 또는 탄소원자수 5∼8개의 시클로알킬기로 치환된 탄소원자수 1∼3개의 알킬기인 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염.
  4. 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-클로로-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헥실-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1,α; 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-클로로-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헥실-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1,α 이소프로필에스테르; 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-클로로-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헥실-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1,α; 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-브로모-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헥실-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1,α 메틸에스테르; 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-브로모-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헥실-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1,α; 3-티아-9-데옥시-9β-플루오로-16,17,18,19,20-펜탄올-15-시클로헵틸-13,14-디데히드로-PGF1; 및 이들의 염으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항 기재의 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염.
  5. 의약 조성물의 활성성분으로 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항 기재의 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항 기재의 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 안압하강용 의약조성물.
  7. 안압하강용 의약조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항 기재의 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염의 사용.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항 기재의 프로스타글란딘 유도체 및 그의 염의 유효량을 사람에게 투여하는 것을 포함하는 안압하강법.
