Abstract
위생배관용 다공질 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌제의 고리형상인 개스킷(1)에 있어서, 피빌봉유체에 직접 접촉하는 개스킷 내주부분(1c)의 표면층을 무공질의 용융교화층(1c′)으로 이룩한다. 개스킷 내주부분(1c)에서의 침투누출은, 개스킷(1)이 다공질재로 구성되어 있음에도 불구하고, 개스킷 내주부분(1c)에 형성된 무공질의 용융고화층(1′c)에 의하여 방지된다. 게다가, 이 용융고화층(1′c)은 개스킷 내주부분(1c)의 표면층에만 형성되어 있는데 불과하므로, 개스킷 전체로서, 유연성, 친숙성 등의 다공질 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌 본래의 특성은 하등 파손되지 않는다.

제1도는, 본 발명에 의한 위생배관용 개스킷의 반쪽면을 표시한 사시도, 제2도는, 동 개스킷을 장착한 위생 배관이음매 구조를 표시한 파단측면도, 제3도는, 제2도의 주요부를 확대하여 표시한 상세도.
Claims (5)
- 다공질 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌제의 고리형상인 개스킷(1)으로서, 피밀봉유체에 직접 접촉하는 개스킷 내주부분(1c)의 표면층을 무공질의 용융고화층(1′c)으로 이룩한 것을 특징으로 하는 위생배관용 개스킷.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융고화층(1′c)이, 개스킷(1)의 두께 방향에 있어서의 중앙부분에서 두껍고 또한 양단부분에서 엷어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생배관용 개스킷.
- 다공질 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌제의 고리형상인 개스킷(1)에 있어서의 피밀봉유체에 직접 접촉하는 개스킷 내주부분(1c)의 표면층을, 가열용융시킨후, 냉각고화시킴으로써, 무공질이 용융고화층(1′c)으로 이룩하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 위생배관용 개스킷의 제작방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 표면층의 용융고화처리를 420~460℃에서 10~30초의 조건으로 실시하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 위생배관용 개스킷의 제작방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 표면층의 가열용융처리를 ,가열된 금속부재를 그 표면층에 전면적으로 접촉시킴으로써 실시하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 위생배관용 개스킷의 제작방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
