Claims (5)
- 구면베어링에 있어서, 외측링과; 외측링이 접동할 수 있게 위치된 내측링과; 외측링과 내측링 사이에 배설되는 라이너들로 구성되며, 이 라이너가 수지제의 라이너 동체와 라이너 동체내에 매립된 금속 메쉬부재들로 이루어지게 하고, 금속 매쉬부재가 외측링의 내주부와 부분적으로 맞물려 상기 외측링을 가진 라이너의 확실한 접속을 이루어지게 한 구면 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라이너 동체가 낮은 마찰계수를 가지며 마찰 저항에서 우수하며 불화겨 수지와 같이 내열성이 우수한 수지로 만들어지며, 금속 메쉬부재가 동과 스테인레스 등으로 만들어지게 한 구면베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 메쉬부재가 라이너 동체내에 매립되므로 내측링의 접촉 측면에 얇은 부분과 외측링에 접합하는 측면에 두터운 부분을 갖게한 구면 베어링.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 메쉬부재가 용접된 와이어 부품들로 이루어지게 한 구면베어링.
- 내측링이 라이너를 통하여 외측링에 접동 가능하게 끼워맞춤되게한 구면베어링을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 수지제 시이트로 피복되도록 내측링의 외주면을 피복하는 단계와; 주형내에 내측링을 배설하는 단계와; 용융금속을 제조하고 외측링을 주조하도록 내측링상에 피복된 수지제 시이트 둘레에 용융금속을 주입하는 단계와; 내측링의 외주면에 대항하여 외측링을 압압시키고 이 외측링을 냉각시키고 경화시킨 후 주형으로부터 회수된 주형의 외측링에 방사상 방향내에서 내부로 지향되는 외력을 인가하므로외측링을 펴지게 하므로, 외측링의 내주면에 접합된 수지제 시이트와 내측링의 외주면 사이에 미소 간극을 형성시키는 단계들로 이루어지게한 구면베어링의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
