Abstract
역상계 액체 크로마토그래피용 충전재로서 사용했을 때, 이동상에 있어서의 베이스라인의 안정성이 우수하며, 또한 측정시의 검출피크의 단수가 높은 분리제를 제공한다. 아랄킬기를 지닌 실릴화제로 표면실라놀을 처리한 실리카겔에 다당유도체를 담지시켜서 이루어지는 광학이성체용 분리제이다.

Claims (9)
- 아랄킬기를 지닌 실릴화제로 표면실라놀을 처리한 실리카겔에 다당유도체를 담지시켜서 이루어지는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아랄킬기를 지닌 실릴화제가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.(식 중 X, Y, Z중 적어도 하나는 Cl 혹은 탄소수 1∼2의 알콕시기, 나머지는 메틸기 혹은 에틸기이다. n은 1∼8의 정수, R은 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬기 또는 알콕시기, m은 0 또는 1,은 탄소수 6에서 14의 방향족기를 나타낸다.)
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 n이 2∼4인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서이 페닐기인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면처리하기전의 실리카겔이 입경 1∼10㎛, 구멍직경 10∼100㎛의 실리카겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다당유도체가 다당의 에스테르 또는 카르바메이트 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 역상계 액체 크로마토그래피에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체용 분리제.
- 제1항 기재의 광학이성체용 분리제를 사용하는 라세미체로부터 광학이성체를 분리하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 역상계 액체 크로마토그래피에 의해 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체를 분리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
