많은 종류의 화합물의 분리정제가 가능하게 되어, 의약품의 중간체등, 각종의 정제화학 분야에 유용한 화합물, 특히 광학활성체를 높은 순도로 다량으로 공급할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)로 표시되는 화합물.
  2. (식중, Ar, Ar'는 방향족기를 표시하고, 중앙의 벤젠환의 2개의 치환기의 위치관계는 오르토, 메타, 파라의 어느것이라도 좋다)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Ar과 Ar'가 동일한 기인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Ar과 Ar'가 다른 기인 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 광학활성체인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, Ar가 페닐기, Ar'가 o-클로로페닐기인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 기재된 화합물로 이루어진 분리제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 기재된 화합물(호스트화합물)과 다른 화합물(게스트화합물)이 클라드레트 화합물을 형성하는 것을 이용하여, 그 게스트화합물을 혼합물중에서 분리하거나, 또는 그 게스트화합물에 의하여 오염되어 있는 제3의 물질을 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리, 정제방법.
  9. 제4항에 기재된 화합물 (호스트화합물)이 게스트화합물의 광학 이성체 혼합물로 부터 한쪽의 광학이성체만을 선택적으로 함유한 클라드레트화합물을 형성하는 것을 이용하여, 그 게스트화합물의 광학이성체를 분리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분리방법.
  10. 제4항에 기재된 화합물을 화학적 또는 물리적 방법에 의하여 고정상으로 결합하고, 그 다음에 코로마토그래피를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학이성체 혼합물로부터 한쪽의 광학이성체를 분리하는 방법.
