Abstract

공연비 퍼드백 제어에 있어서의 가속 중량 보정을 한층 적절히 부여하기 위해 사용 연료의 기화율을 검출하는 장치이다. 시동 직후에 공연비 피드백 제어를 개시시킨 때(S4), 냉각수 온도 Tw를 기초로 하여 배기 온도가 낮은 조건인지를 판별한다(S5). 배기 온도가 낮을 때는 공연비 피드백 보정 계수 α의 평균치αAV를 구하고(S6, S7), 이 평균치 αAV와 기준치를 비교한다(S8). 사용 연료가 기화 특성이 나쁜 중질 연료인 경우에는 배기중의 HC량이 많고 산소가 소비되므로, 평균치 αAV로 표시되는 공연비 피드백 제어의 제어점이 회박측으로 어긋난다. 이 제어점의 회박측으로의 어긋남을 기초로 하여 사용 연료가 기화 특성이 나쁜 중질 연료인지 기화특성이 좋은 연료인지를 공연비 피드백 중에 잔별한다(S9,S10).

제1도는 본 발명의 구성을 도시하는 블럭도이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 기관 배기중의 산소 농도를 검출하는 산소 농도 검출 수단과, 상기 산소 농도 검출 수단에서 검출되는산소 농도를 기초로 하여 기관 흡입 혼합기의 공연비를 목표 공연비에 근접시키도록 공연비 피드백 보정치를 설정하고, 상기 공연비 피드백 보정치에 따라서 연료 공급 수단에 의한 연료 공급량을 보정하는 공연비 피드백제어 수단을 구비한 내연 기관에 있어서, 기관의 배기 온도가 소정 저온 상태에 있는지를 검출하는 저배온 상태 검출 수단과, 상기 저배온 상태 검출 수단에 의해 배기 온고가 소정 저온 상태에 있는 것이 검출되어있을 때 상기 공연비 피드백 제어 수단에서 설정된 공연비 피드백 보정치를 기초로 하여 사용 연료의 기화특성을 판별하는 연료 성상 판변 수단을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료 성상 검출장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 성상 판벽 수단이, 상기 공연비 피드백 보청치와 소정 기준치를 비교함으로써 사용 연료의 기화 특성을 양·불량의 두 종류로 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료 성상 검출장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료 성상 판별 수단이 상기 공연비 피드백 보정치의 평균치를 연산하는 수단을 포함하고, 이 평균치를 기초로 하여 사용 연료의 기화 특성을 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료성상 검출 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 기관의 배기 온도가 높을 때에 있어서의 상기 공연비 피드백 보청치의 평균치를 학습하는 수단과, 이 학습치를 기초로 하여 기화 특성의 판별 기준치를 설정하는 수단을 또 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료 성상 검출 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 과도시의 공연비를 적정화하기 위해 기본 연료 공급량에 부가되 는중량 보정량을, 검출한사용 연료의 기화 특성을 기초로 하여 수정하는 수단을 또 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료 성상 검출 장치.
  6. 기관 배기중의 산소 농도를 검출하고, 이 검출 산소 농도를 기초로 하여 기관 흡입 혼합기의 공연비 를목표 공연비에 가까와지게 하도록 공연비의 피드백 보정치를 설청하고, 상기 공연비의 피드백 보정치에 따라서 내연 기관의 연료 공급량을 피드백 제어하게 한 내연 기관에 이용되는 연료 성상 검출 방법에 있어서, 기관의 배기 온도가 소정 저온 상태에 있는지를 검출하는 단계와, 배기 온도가 소정 저온 상태에 있음이 검출되어있을 때 상기 공연비 피드백 보청치의 평균치를 구비하는 단계와, 이 공연비 피드백 보청치의 평균치를 기초로하여 사용 연료의 기화 특성을 판별하는 단계를 포함하는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 기관의 연료 성상 검출 방법.
