Abstract
일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르계 필터 재료는 기체 및 액체로부터 오존을 제거하는데 적합하다.
-[(Arl)n-X]m-[(Ar2)i-Y]j-[(Ar3)k-Z]ㅣ-[(Ar4)o-W]p- (Ⅰ)
상기식에서, Ar1, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, W, X, Y 및 Z는 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나, 상이하며, 지수 n, m, i, j, k, l, o 및 p는 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 4의 정수이고, 이들의 합은 2이상이어야 하며, Arl, Ar2, Ar3및 Ar4는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아틸렌 시스템이며, W, X, Y 및 Z는 -SO2-, -S-, -SO-, -CO-, -O-, -CO2- 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌 그룹 또는 알킬리덴 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2가 결합 그룹이다.

Claims (9)
- 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르로 이루어지는, 기체 및 액체로부터의 오존 제거용 중합체계 필터재료.-[(Arl)n-X]m-[(Ar2)i-Y]j-[(Ar3)k-Z]ㅣ-[(Ar4)o-W]p- (Ⅰ)상기식에서, Arl, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, W, X, Y 및 Z는 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나, 상이하며, 지수 n, m, i, j, k, l, o 및 p는 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 4의 정수이고, 이들의 합은 2이상이어야 하며, Arl, Ar2, Ar3및 Ar4는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴렌 시스템이며, W, X, Y 및 Z는 -SO2-, -S-, -SO-, -CO-, -O-, -CO2- 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌 그룹 또는 알킬리덴 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2가 결합 그룹이다.
- 오존 제거 화합물로서 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리아릴렌 티오에테르로부터 제조된 필터를 사용하며, 기체 또는 액체를 필터 재료의 표면과 접촉시킴을 포함하여, 기체 및 액체로부터 오존을 제거하는 방법.-[(Arl)n-X]m-[(Ar2)i-Y]j-[(Ar3)k-Z]ㅣ-[(Ar4)o-W]p- (Ⅰ)상기식에서, Arl, Ar2, Ar3, Ar4, W, X, Y 및 Z는 서로 독립적으로 동일하거나, 상이하며, 지수 n, m, i, j, k, l, o 및 p는 서로 독립적으로 0 또는 1 내지 4의 정수이고, 이들의 합은 2이상이어야 하며, Arl, Ar2, Ar3및 Ar4는 탄소수 6 내지 18의 아릴렌 시스템이며, W, X, Y 및 Z는 -SO2-, -S-, -SO-, -CO-, -O-, -CO2- 또는 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬렌 그룹 또는 알킬리덴 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2가 결합 그룹이다.
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 반복단위를 갖는 폴리(페닐렌 설파이드)가 사용되는 제1항에서 청구한 필터 재료 또는 제2항에서 청구한 방법.
- 평균 분자량이 4,000 내지 200,000인, 제1항에서 청구한 필터 재료 또는 제2항 및 제3항에서 청구한 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리온도가 필터 재료로서 사용된 중합체의 연화점 미만인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 처리온도가 -10 내지 +80℃, 바람직하게는 0 내지 50℃인 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 시간이 0.1초 내지 10분, 바람직하게는 0.5초 내지 1분인 방법.
- 기체 및 액체용 오존 제거 필터를 제조하기 위한, 제1항에서 청구한 필터 재료의 용도.
- 제8항에 있어서, 오존 제거 필터가 분말, 섬유, 필름 또는 성형물 형태인 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
