Abstract
본 명세서는 4개 이상의 관능기를 지닌 폴리티올과, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는c이소(티오)시아네이토기(단,a+b+c≥ 2,a과b는 동시에 0이 아님)를 지닌 화합물로 이루어진 폴리술피드계수지 조성물, 및 상기 조성물을 경화하여 얻어진 폴리술피드계 수지, 상기 수지로 구성된 광학재료, 상기 광학재료로 구성된 렌즈 및 폴리술피드계수지의 제조방법이 기재되어 있다.

Claims (15)
- 식 (1)∼(3) :(식중, R1,R2,R3,R4는 각각 H, -CH2SH, -CH2SCH2CH2SH,및에서 선택되고, R1,R2,R3,R4중 어느 하나가 H인 경우, 나머지중 어느 하나는또는이고, R1,R2,R3,R4중 어느 2개가 H인 경우 나머지 2개는,또는에서 선택되고, R1,R2,R3,R4중 3개 이상이 H가 아님)(HSCH2)4-mC(CH2SCH2CH2SH)m(2)(식중, m은 1∼3의 정수)(식중, n은 0∼3의 정수) 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 4개 이상의 관능기를 지닌 폴리티올과, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는c이소(티오)시아네이토기를,a,b,c의 합계가 2 이상이고,a와b는 동시에 0이 아닌 조건으로 지닌 화합물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는a이소(티오)시아네이토기를 지닌 상기 화합물은 1분자중에 합계 2개 이상의 반응성불포화결합 및/또는 에폭시기를 지닌 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는c이소(티오)시아네이토기를 지닌 상기 화합물을 1분자중에 1개 이상의 반응성불포화결합 또는 에폭시기와 1개 이상의 이소(티오)시아네이토기를 지닌 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는c이소(티오)시아네이토기를 지닌 상기 화합물은 2개 이상의 반응성불포화결합을 지닌 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 2개 이상의 반응성불포화결합을 지닌 화합물외에 폴리이소(티오)시아네이트 화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제4항에 의한 폴리술피드수지조성물.
- 4개 이상의 관능기를 지닌 폴리티올 (1), (2), (3)중 어느 하나외에, 또 다른 티올기 또는 히드록시기를 지닌 티올화합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 의한 폴리술피드수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1분자중에a반응성불포화결합 및/또는b에폭시기 및/또는c이소(티오)시아네이토기를 지닌 상기 화합물은 식(4)∼(8) :(식중, p는 1∼4의 정수 : R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸기; R6은 수소원자 또는 메틸기)(식중, X1은 -(SCH2CH2)a- ; X2는 -(CH2CH2S)a- ; a는 0∼2의 정수; Y1및 Y2각각은 독립적으로 수소원자 또는q는 0∼5의 정수; R7은 수소원자 또는 메틸기)(식중, r은 0∼3의 정수)(식중, t는 1∼5의 정수)(식중, X3은 산소원자 또는 황원자; R8은 C1∼C6의 알킬기, -CH2SCH2-, -CH2CH2SCH2CH2-, -CH2CH2CH2CH2CH2CH2-,또는에 의해 표시되는 1또는 2개의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (상기 반응성불포화결합+ 상기 에폭시기+ 상기 이소(티오)시아네이토기)/(메르캅토기)의 관능기몰비는 0.5∼20.0 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, (상기 반응성불포화결합+ 상기 이소(티오)시아네이토기)/(상기 메르캅토기+ 상기 히드록시기)의 관능기몰비는 1.0∼3.0 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, (상기 반응성불포화결합+ 상기 에폭시기)/(상기 메르캅토기)의 관능기몰비는 0.5∼10.0 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 경화시킴으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계수지.
- 제11항의 폴리술피드계수지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광학재료.
- 제12항의 광학재료로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물에 열 및/또는 자외광 및/또는 가시광등을 조사하여 해당 조성물을 경화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계 수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 주형중합하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리술피드계 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
