Abstract

본 발명에 따르면, 불순한 클라불란산 수용액을 산성 조건 하에서 케톤과 알킬 아세테이트의 혼합 용매로 추출하고, 이 추출물을 통상의 방법으로 처리한 후, 케톤 또는 알칸올 용매에 용해시킨 알칸산의 알칼리 금속염을 첨가하여 클라불란산 알칼리 금속염을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클라불란산 알칼리 금속염의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
이 방법은 종래의 방법에 비하여 클라불란산 아민염의 형성 단계가 완전히 생략되므로 공정이 단축되고 용매가 절약되며 수율도 향상되는 등의 장점을 갖는다.

Claims (5)

  1. 불순한 클라불란산 수용액을 산성 조건 하에서 케톤과 알킬 아세테이트의 혼합 용매로 추출한 다음, 케톤 또는 알칸올 용매에 용해시킨 알칸산의 알칼리 금속염을 첨가하여 클라불란산 알칼리 금속염을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는, 클라불란산 알칼리 금속염의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 케톤 용매는 메틸 에틸 케톤과 메틸 이소부틸 케톤 중에서 선택되고, 알킬 아세테이트는 에틸 아세테이트이며, 알칸올 용매는 n-부틸 알코올임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 케톤 용매와 알킬 아세테이트의 혼합 용매 중 케톤의 함량이 15∼40%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속염이 칼륨염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 알칸산의 알칼리 금속염이 2-에틸헥산산 칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
