Abstract
본 발명은 치환된 8-클로로퀴놀린으로부터 치환된 8-히드록시퀴놀린을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 하기 식의 치환된 8-클로로퀴놀린을 구리 촉매의 존재하에 150℃ 내지 200℃ 범위의 온도에서 희 알칼리용액과 교반된 압력 반응기중에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 치환된 8-히드록시퀴놀린의 제조 방법.상기 식에서, R은 C1-C4알킬, 히드록시-C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시-C1-C4알킬, C1-C4할로 알킬, 또는 디-C1-C4알킬아미노-C1-C4알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구리 촉매가 구리염 또는 유리 구리착물이고, 알칼리 용액이 수산화나트륨인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 8-클로로-3-메톡시메틸퀴놀린을 8-히드록시-3-메톡시메틸퀴놀린으로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매가 황산구리와 8-히드록시-3-메톡시메틸퀴놀린의 반응으로부터 제조된 유기 구리착물 1몰%이고, 수산화나트륨 5당량의 2% 수성 수산화나트륨이며 반응물을 160℃의 온도에서 17 내지 24시간 동안 교반시키는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 촉매가 5몰% 황산구리이고, 수산화나트륨이 5당량의 2% 내지 4%의 수성 수산화나트륨이며 반응물을 160℃의 온도에서 17 내지 22시간 동안 교반시키는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수산화나트륨이 5당량의 2% 수성 수산화나트륨인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
