Claims (8)

  1. 상전이 촉매를 함유하는 약 1.0 내지 1.8몰당량의 수성염기의 존재하에서 약1.0내지 1.5몰당량이 아닐린과 일반식(II) ;
    (여기서, R은 C1-C4알킬임)의 클로로말레산염 또는 일반식(III) ;
    (여기서, R은 C1-C4알킬임)의 클로로푸마르산염 또는 이들의 혼합물을 반응시켜아닐리 노푸마르산염을 형성하는 것으로 구성된, 일반식(I) ;
    (여기서, R은 C1-C4알킬임)의 아닐지노푸마르산염의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 수성 염기가 알칼리 금속 수산화물, 중탄산염 또는 탄산염의 15% 내지 50% 수용액인 방법.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서, 염기가 약 20% 내지 30%수용액으로 존재하는 탄산 나트륨인 방법.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 상 전이 촉매가 테트라알킬화된 암모늄염인 방법.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 상 전이 촉매가 브롬화 테트라 -n-부틸 암모늄인 방법.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 방법이 약 70℃ 내지 110℃에서 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서, 온도가 약 90℃ 내지 95℃인 방법.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 일반식(II)의 클로로말레산염이 디에틸 클로로말레산염인 방법.
