본 발명은 콩 또는 그 가공잔유물을 분말로 만든 것에 특징의 임산물이나 농산물 (예 : 초목류, 약초류, 과일 채소류)을 채집하여 분말 형태로 만든 것을 혼합하여 특정의 발효조건에서 발효시키므로서 1차 발효물을 얻고 이 1차 발효물에 가축배설물이나 음식쓰레기나 어류 또는 어류쓰레기 종류를 각자 살균하여 탈수시키고 고형화시킨 처리물을 혼합하여 가열하고 압착하여 얻어지는 혼합추출액을 투입하여 발효조건을 구비한 발효장치에서 2차 발효시킨다음 이곳에 생석회와 고령토와 납석등을 일정비율 혼합하므로서 완성되는 유기발효물 복합비료 및 그 제법에 관한 것인데 본 발명의 발명목적은 비료를 주고하는 농작물이나 임산물을 채집하여 그 가공물을 콩으로 발효시킨 1차 발효물에 사람의 생활주변에서 발생하는 음식쓰레기와 가축배설물 또는 어류폐기물과 같은 유기성 쓰레기를 처리물을 투입하여 2차 발효시켜 특종작물의 비료를 제조하므로서 농작물이나 임산물에 저항이 적은 유기질 비료를 만들 수 있고 폐기물을 산업자원화하여 쓰레기 공해를 예방할 수 있으며 유기농법으로 토양의 산성화를 방지하여 건강한 토양을 유지시킬 수 있을뿐 아니라 농업과 임업의 경쟁력을 강화시켜 살기 좋은 농촌이 되게한 것임.The present invention is the first fermentation by collecting the forest products or agricultural products (e.g., vegetation, herbs, fruit vegetables) characterized in that the soy or processed residues are made of powder, mixed in the form of powder and fermented under specific fermentation conditions.
