[8] The present invention also includes the process that enhance an efficacy of composite fertilizer by providing an alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium eliminated a harmful element of waste by further mixing 10~30weight % of composite fertilizer, 5~20weight % of urea fertilizer and 5~20weight % of material containing sweet ingredient such as sugar to the selected organic waste from the above mentioned all kind organic materials according to necessary, introducing the mixture into a treating vessel, controlling a moisture content to 50-70 weight %, adding a lump of a quicklime or dolomite having a size of 3~10cm with a range of 20-50 weight % selected by a kind of waste, and reacting exothermically it with stirring for 1 ~ 2 hours at the state of closing the lid.
[9] The present invention also includes preparing a special fertilizer or an additive for fertilizer by introducing composite fertilizer, urea fertilizer and material containing sweet ingredient such as sugar into a treating vessel (1), controlling a moisture content to 50-70 weight %, and adding a lump of a quicklime or dolomite having a size of 3~10cm with a range of 20-50 weight %, and reacting exothermically the mixture at the state of closing the lid, thereby converting acidic fertilizer and material containing sweet ingredient to alkali.
[10] Also, according to the present invention, heat of reaction of above 100- 15O0C is generated by mixing an organic waste with a quicklime or dolomite and hydrolyzing with stirring in treating vessel, and accumulated to convert a contained moisture of treated materials to water vapor, thereby increasing pressure of a treating vessel and processing oxidative digest by combining with alkali ingredient. Therefore, hair or bone of animal and shell mixed among waste are rapidly digested and decomposed, and a foul smell, a salt and a harmful ingredient such as heavy metal of several wastes are eliminated by decomposing to lower value than permitted that value. And etiological bacteria including E. coli and parasite are also eradicated, thereby an organic fertilizer being obtained that an acidic ingredient converted to an alkali and an inorganic nutrition such as calcium, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and ferrous is abound.

[16] The present invention prepared with the above procedure has a merit that it is possible to produce the fertilizer which calcium ingredient becomes abundant and composite fertilizer ingredient is also supplemented, since all kind organic waste is treated by using a natural digester selected from a lump of a quicklime having a size of 3 ~ 10cm, or a quicklime and dolomite, and reacted exothermically under condition being capable of hydrolysis, and composite fertilizer and urea fertilizer or material containing sweet ingredient such as sugar are added to be produced fertilizer, so that a soil improving agent as well as the special fertilizer which is enable to supply nutrition required for breeding each corps can be provided. Also, it is possible to produce an organic fertilizer beneficial for corps by the action that exothermic reaction becomes strong by reacting exothermically whereas hydrolyzing an organic waste by introducing a natural digester selected from a loess and a quicklime or a quicklime and dolomite with state of a lump having a size of 3~10cm, so that hair as well as bone is rapidly digested at reacting process and a foul smell, a salt and a harmful ingredient such as heavy metal are eliminated by decomposing, and etiological bacteria including E. coli and parasite are also eradicated by an intense heat and alkali, and toxic property is decomposed, and turn to alkali property, and the waste having a large quantity of toxic materials such as sludge of sewage ending treatment also can be treated safely so that an alkali organic composite fertilizer and a calcium fertilizer can be produced, and it is possible to produce a composite fertilizer and a special fertilizer for fruits and vegetables required for cultivating the corps requiring to increase sweet degree such as a strawberry, a tomato, an apple, a pear, a mandarin, ginseng, waste and several grains such as rice plant, barley, wheat, millet, corn, buckwheat, red bean, mung bean, and bean.
[17] The present invention also has an advantage that water vapor of an intense heat emitted at the treating process of an organic waste is directly injected into sewage or wastewater so that purification of sewage or wastewater with a great quantity is possible, and water vapor of an intense heat is liquefied and mixed with a loess or a processed matter of herbs so that production of a functional liquid fertilizer is possible, and with mixing pungent materials like a hot pepper, it is possible to prepare the product being capable to be used as an eradicator of a parasitic insect so that the fertilizer can prevent blight and noxious insects and a parasitic insect by spraying it to corps, and exothermic reaction becomes strong by using a quicklime with state of a lump for exothermic reaction of an organic waste, thereby digesting treatment of hair and bone is rapidly processed, and it is possible to prepare a fertilizer with gruel or dried state so that it can be used variously.

[23] The wastes consisted of 30 weight % of waste of food and drink, 20 weight % of waste coming by slaughterhouse, 10 weight % of waste of fish and shellfish, 10 weight % of excreta, 15 weight % of composite fertilizer, 10 weight % of urea fertilizer, and 5 weight % of loess are introduced into a treating vessel, and a lump of a quicklime or dolomite having a size of 3~10cm is added with 30 weight % to total amount of 70 weight % of a moisture content. And then exothermic reaction is processed with stirring by an agitator for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid, thereby treated matter having a shape of gruel being obtained. An organic alkaline fertilizer containing calcium is produced by drawing out the said treated matter and drying to 30 ~ 40 weight % of a moisture content.

[26] The wastes consisted of 30 weight % of waste of food and drink, 20 weight % of waste coming by slaughterhouse, 10 weight % of waste of fish and shellfish, 30 weight % of excreta, and 10 weight % of waste of fruits and vegetables are introduced into a treating vessel, and controlled a moisture content to 70 weight %, and then a lump of a quicklime having a size of 3~10cm is added with 30 weight %. And then exothermic reaction is processed with stirring by an agitator for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid. And the said treated matter is drawn out and dried. By further adding 15 weight % of composite fertilizer, lOweight % of urea fertilizer and 5 weight % of sugar to the above dried matter and stirring, the alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium is obtained.

[29] The wastes of Chinese cabbage, cabbage, lettuce, spinach, an onion, garlic, a tomato, cucumber, an eggplant, a pumpkin, a radish, a carrot, a burdock, a sweet potato, a potato, and the like are collected by classifying, and screened to remove a foreign element, and then smashed. It is introduced into a treating vessel, and controlled a moisture content to 60 weight %, and then 20 weight % of composite fertilizer, lOweight % of urea fertilizer and 20 weight % of a lump of a quicklime having a size of 3~10cm are added to the above treated matter. And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid. And the reacted matter is drawn out and smashed to be prepared a special alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium for vegetables that classified according to a kind of vegetables.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours, and the reacted matter is drawn out and dried and smashed to be prepared a alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid, and the reacted matter is drawn out and dried and smashed to be prepared an additive of alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours and stabilized for 2 days to be prepared an alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium of gruel state.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid, and the reacted matter is drawn out and dried and stabilized for 2 days to be prepared an alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium for the herb materials.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid to obtain the processed matter of gruel state. It is stabilized to be prepared an alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium.

And then reaction is processed with stirring for 2 hours at the state of closing the lid to be prepared an alkaline composite fertilizer of gruel state.

And the treated matter remained at the inside of a treating vessel is processed to be produced an alkaline composite fertilizer containing calcium of gruel state.

Claims
[1] Producing method of agricultural special fertilizer characterized in that it is consisted with steps of; collecting all organic waste such as waste of animals and birds, waste coming by slaughterhouse and by-product thereof, every kind excreta, sludge of sewage ending treatment, waste of fish and shellfish, waste of grains such as rice plant, barley and beans, waste of fruits and vegetables, waste of herbs, waste of mushrooms, crustaceans including the starfish and all kind seaweeds including the brown seaweed and the tangle weed, and waste of forests including trees and grass (hereinafter, being incited as 'Organic waste'), and mixing or eliminating impurity and then crushing according to a kind, and introducing it into a treating vessel(l), and controlling a moisture content to 50-70 weight %; adding a treating agent, a natural digester selected from a quicklime or dolomite, with a state of a lump having a size of 3~10cm with a range of 20-50 weight % respect to the total amount of contents selected by a kind of waste, and digest treating the mixture with reacting exothermically for 1 - 2 hours under stirring at the state of closing the lid (4a) of a injecting hole (4) of a treating vessel; and further mixing composite fertilizer, urea fertilizer and material having sweet such as sugar to the above digested treated matter with determined rate selected by a kind of the crops.
[2] Producing method of agricultural special fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein said composite fertilizer, urea fertilizer and material having sweet such as sugar are added together with when dolomite or a lump of a quicklime having a size of 3- 10cm being introduced for digesting an organic waste is added so that it enables to incur exothermic reaction in a treating vessel and to alkalify it.
[3] Producing method of agricultural special fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein said composite fertilizer is added with 10-30 weight % regard to the total amount of an organic waste, said urea fertilizer is added with 5-20 weight % regard to the total amount of an organic waste, and material having sweet such as sugar or licorice root is added with 5-10 weight % regard to the total amount of an organic waste.
[4] Producing method of agricultural special fertilizer according to claim 1, wherein it comprises that water vapor emitted at a treating vessel is collected into a collecting vessel of steam through a separate exhausting conduit formed at the upside of a treating vessel, and cooled to liquefy, and then loess or processed materials of herb remedy are added, or pungent materials like a hot pepper powder is mixed to said liquid, thereby producing a functional liquid fertilizer or an eradicator of a parasitic insect, or it used a treating agent of sewage or wastewater by directly injecting into it.
