Abstract

본 발명의 목적은, 형광등하에서 발생하는 휘도플리커 및 크로마플리커를 억압가능한 고체촬상장치를 제공하는데 있다.
그 구성은, 센서부에서 광전변환된 신호전하를 일시적으로 축적가능한 스트레이지부를 가지며, 전자셔터 동작이 가능한 CCD고체촬상소자(13)와, 이 CCD고체활상소자(13)에 대하여 1필드당 복쉬회(예를들면, 3회)의 노강기간을 설정하기 위한 셔터펄스(XSUB) 및 이 복수회의 노광기간에서 센서부에 축적된 각 신호전하를 스트레이지부에 독출하기 위한 독출펄스(XSG)를 부여하는 타이밍발생회로(14)와를 구비하는 구성으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 비디오카메라의 일실시예를 나타내는 구성도이다, 제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 관계되는 타이밍차트이다, 제3도는 본 발명의 일구체예에 사용되는 CCD고체촬상소자의 구성도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 센서부에서 광전변환된 신호전하를 일시적으로 축적가능한 스트레이지부를 가지며, 전자셔터 동작이 가능한 고체촬상소자와, 상기 고체촬상소자에 대하여 1필드상 복수회의 노광기간을 설정하기 위한 셔터펄스 및 상기 복수회의 노광기간에서 상기 센서부에 축적된 각 신호전하를 상기 스트레이지부에 독출하기 위한 독출펄스를 부여하는 타이밍 발생회호와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체촬상장치.
  2. 센서부에서 광전변환된 신호전하를 일시적으로 축적가능한 스트레이지부를 가지며, 전자셔터 동작이 가능한 고체촬상소자를 이용하여 1필드당 복수회의 노광기간을 설정가능한 고체촬상장치와, 상기 고체촬상소자의 이미지부에 대하여 입사광을 인도하는 광학계와를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비디오카메라.
