CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric converting element 101 converts an incident light to a signal charge and accumulates it. The signal charge is controlled by a reading gate 102 and read to a charge transferring part 103. The charge transferring part 103 is composed of CCDs, and to the charge transferring part 103, the charge from the photoelectric converting element 101 is read at least two times in the same exposure period.
