Abstract

본 발명은 토목공사용 장치에 관한 것으로서, 상기 토목공사용 장치의 작업장비는 수평축으로 관절로 연결되는 적어도 세개의 요소(3,4,5)로 구성되며, 상기 최종요소(5)는 공구이며 각 변위는 램에 의하여 얻어지며, 상기 툴 스틱(4)이 이중관절(20)을 통해서 선행요소(3)에 연결되어 한편으로 수평축(A)에 대한 각 변위를 형성하게 하고 다른 한편으로 수평선회축(A)에 직교하는 면을 관통하는 축(B)에 대한 측면 각 변위를 형성하게 하고, 상기 측면 각 변위는 지지요소(3)의 측면에 부착된 램(22)에 의하여 제어되어 이중관절이 선회하게 하고, 상기 램(13)이 툴 스틱(4)의 수평축(A)에 대한 각 운동을 제어하며 상기 램의 부분이 측면 선회 축(B)에 선행하는 이중관절(20)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래기술을 나타내는 장치의 개략도, 제2도는 툴 스틱(tool stick)의 단일 오프셋(offset)이 가능한 작업장비를 나타내는 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 로더의 측면도, 제3도는 이중 오프셋을 가능하게 하는 본 발명에 따른 굴삭기 로더의 작업공구의 상세도이고, 제4도, 제5도 및 제6도는 각각 이중 오프셋 위치에서의 본 발명에 따른 작업장비의 측면도와 평면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 수평축(A)에 관절 연결되어 서로에 대하여 각 변위를 형성할 수 있는 적어도 세개의 요소(3,4,5)로 이루어지며, 상기 제1요소는 운반차량의 새시에 관절 연결되며, 최종요소는 공구인 작업장비 및 작업영역내의 모든 지점에 상기 공구(5)가 위치하도록 상기 요소들이 서로에 대하여 각 변위를 형성하게 제어하는 램(7,8,9)으로 구성되는 토목공사용 장치로서, 상기 툴 스틱(4)이 이중관절(20)을 통해서 선행요소(3)에 연결되어, 한편으로 수평축(A)에 대한 각 변위를 형성하게 하고 다른 한편으로 수평선회축(A)에 직교하는 면을 관통하는 축(B)에 대하여 측면 각 변위를 형성하게 하고, 상기 측면 각 변위는 지지요소(3)의 측면에 부착된 이중관절을 선회시키는 램(22)에 의하여 제어되고, 툭 스틱(4)의 수평축(A)에 대한 각 변위를 제어하는 상기 램(13)이 측면 선회축(B)에 선행하는 이중관절(20)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목 공사용 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작업장치가 붐(2), 붐 팁(2) 및 스틱(4)과 붐스틱의 말단부에 연결된 공구(5)로 이루어지며, 툴 스틱(4)과 붐(2)은 붐팁(3)에 이중관절로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 토목공사용 장치.
