Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 부시 지지부의 정밀도를 높이는 것으로서, 그 구성으로는 서스펜션 아암(10)이 각각 단면자형으로 된 상판 부재(12)의 양측부(12A)와 하판 부재(14)의 양측부(14A)를 용접하므로서 구성되어 있다. 상판 부재(12)의 후단부 및 하판 부재(14)의 후단부에는 버링 가공에 의한 상측 통상부(12B)및 하측 통상부(14B)가 각각 형성되고 있으며 이것에 의해 부시 지지부(18)가 구성되어 있다. 또한, 상판 부재(12)의 양측부(12A)와 상측 통상부(12B)사이 및 하판 부재(14)의 양측부(14A)와 하측 통상부(14A)사이에는 각각 틈(28,30)없이 형성되고 있다. 따라서 용접시의 열이 상측 통상부(12B) 및 하측 통상부(14B)에 직접 전달되는 일은 없으므로 부시 지지부(18)의 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있다.

제1도는 본 실시예에 관한 서스펜션 아암의 부시 지지부 부근을 일부 절단하는 동시에 제5도의 화살표 X방향에서 보아 도시한 측면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시되는 부시 지지부를 제5도의 2-2선을 따라서 절단해서 도시한 단면도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시되는 서스펜션 아암의 일반부를 제5도의 3-3선을 따라서 절단해서 도시한 단면도, 제4도의(A)는 별도의 몸체로 구성된 부시 지지부의 부착상태를 제5도의 화살표 Y방향에서 보아 도시한 측면도이며(B)는 이 평면도, 제5도는 본 실시예에 관한 서스펜션 아암의 전체 구성을 도시한 평면도.
Claims (1)
- 단면 자상으로 된 제1판 부재의 개방측 단부와 단면 자상으로 된 제2판 부재의 개방측 단부를 용접함으로서 구성되며 대체로 제1판 부재에서 제2판 부재로 향하는 방향을 축선 방향으로 하는 원통상의 부시 지지부를 갖는 서스펜션 아암에 있어서, 제1판 부재의 소정 부위를 아암 단면 내쪽으로 접어 구브리므로서 설치된 제1통상부와 제2판 부재의 소정 부위를 아암 단면 내쪽으로 접어 구부리므로서 설치된 제2통상부에 의해서 부시 지지부를 구성하는 동시에 제1통상부 및 제2통상부의 단부 끼리를 서로 대향해서 배치시키고, 또한, 제1통상부와 피용접 부위인 제1판 부재의 개방측 단부 사이 및 제2통상부와 피용접 부위인 제2판부재의 개방측 단부 사이에 각각 소정의 틈을 형성한 것을 특징으로하는 서스팬션 아암.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
