Abstract
본 발명은 자동차 스테이 일체형 범퍼 임팩트 빔에 관한 것으로, 범퍼 임팩트 빔(10)의 배면측에 롱지튜디널 멤버(12) 전단부에 일체로 결합되어 범퍼 및 임팩트 빔(10)을 지지하는 스테이부(14)가 임팩트 빔과 함께 형성되어 구성된다.

제1도는 종래 프런트 범퍼구조의 개략적으로 도시한 측면도이다.
제2도는 종래 플라스틱 범퍼 임팩트 빔을 프런트 롱지튜디널 멤버에 취부하는 구조를 개갹적으로 도시한 측면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라 플라스틱 범퍼 임팩트 빔에 스테이가 일체로 형성되어 롱지에 취부된 상태의 개략적인 배면 사시도이다.

- 스테이에 의해 범퍼 임팩트 빔을 롱지튜디널 멤버 전단부에 일체화되게 결합되는 자동차 범퍼에 있어서, 범퍼 임팩트 빔(10)의 배면측에 롱지튜디널 멤버(12) 전단부에 일체로 결합되어 범퍼 및 임팩트 빔(10)을 지지하는 스테이부(14)가 임팩트빔과 함께 형성되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이 일체형 범퍼 임팩트 빔.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
