Abstract

본 발명은 스트러트 일단부에 연결시키는 구조의 너클조립체로서, 너클(1)의 일단부에 플랜지(6)를 장착하고, 플랜지(6)에는 볼트체결구멍을 양단부에 형성하여 고정부재(3)로 너클(1)의 일단부에 결합시키고 스트러트 외장재(2)를 플랜지(6)의 중심부에 용접부(5')에서 용접 결합하여 구성한 차량의 너클조립체에 대한 것이다.
이러한 구성의 너클조립체에 의하면 종래기술에서와 같은 브라켓트와 보강부재가 제거되므로 중량이 감소되어 제조비용이 절감되고 구성의 간략화를 달성한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스트러트를 일단부에 연결시키는 구조의 너클조립체로서, 너클(1)의 일단부에 플랜지(6)를 장착하고, 플랜지(6)에는 볼트체결구멍을 양단부에 형성하여 고정부재(3)로 너클(1)의 일단부에 결합시키고 스트러트 외장재(2)를 플랜지(6)의 중심부에 용접부(5')에서 용접 결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 너클조립체.
