Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 시작에서 출하까지의 시간을 필요로 하는 제품군에 관하여 납기에 맞추며, 또한, 불필요한 재고시간을 단축할 수 있는 공정 계획을 얻는 것으로서, 시작에서 출하까지 필요한 시간과 납기의 이상공정계획을 작성한다. 또 이상공정 시각에서의 벗어남에 대하여 허용되는 경우를 나타내는 만족도를 구해둔다. 이상의 공정이 중복되어 실행 불가능한 때에는 만족도를 참조하여 우선하는 것을 결정한다. 상기와 같이 하여 이상에서 현실을 산출한다. 또한, 실행 가능하며 이상에 가까운 형실 계획이 산출된다.

Claims (5)
- 제품별로 수주 수량과 납기를 기억하여두는 수주 오더 기억수단과, 제품별로 시작에서 출하까지 필요한 시간을 기억하여두는 생산 조건 기억 수단과, 수주 오더와 생산 조건에서 이상적인 공정 시각을 산출하는 이상공정 계획 산출 수단과, 제품별로 이상공정 시각으로부터의 편차에 대한 만족도를 기억하여 두는 만족도 기억수단과, 이상공정 계획과 만족도로부터 현실의 공정 계획을 산출하는 현실 공정계획 산출 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정계획 입안 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 만족도는 과대 재고를 갖고오는 편차로부터의 만족도를 최저 레벨로 하며, 허용재고로 되는 편차로부터의 만족도를 최고 레벨로 하며, 상기 양 사이의 편차로 최저 레벨에서 최고 레벨까지 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정계획 입안 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 현실 공정계획 산출 수단은 이상공정 계획을 시간적으로 소급하여 현실공정계획을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정계획 입안 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 현실 공정계획 산출 수단은 만족도가 낮은 제품을 우선으로 하는 것으로 현실 공정계획을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정계획 입안 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산출된 현실 공정계획에 맞추어서 만족도를 표시하는 수단이 부가되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정계획 입안 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
