Abstract

반도체장치 제조를 위한 공정절차 작성에 있어서, 사람의 경험이나 감각의 개입이 없고, 특정한 설비에 부하가 집중되지 않도록 공정절차를 검증함으로써, 생산성 및 신뢰성을 향상하는 장치를 제공한다.
입력표시장치(202)에 의해 입력되어, 일시기억장치(203)에 기억된 공정 절차를, 제품정보 기억장치(204) 및 설비정보 기억장치(205)에 기억하고 있는 데이터를 근거로 지식데이터를 작성하고, 지식데이터를 사용하여, 입력된 공정절차의 검증을 실시한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 제조 라인 내에서 제조되는 제품의 공정 절차 및 작업 조건에 관한 정보 데이터를 기억하는 수단과, 상기 기억되는 정보 데이터를 토대로 공정 절차를 검증하기 위한 지식 데이터를 작성하는 수단과, 제조 라인 내의 설비군 등의 상태를 기억하는 수단과, 상기 기억된 제조 라인 내의 상태를 이용하여 작성된 공정 절차를 검증하는 수단과, 상기 검증 결과와 상기 지식 데이터를 토대로 공정 절차의 문제점을 수정하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 절차 검증 창치.
  2. 복수개로 이루어진 소정의 처리를 소정의 흐름에 따라 제품을 제조하는 경우에, 제조 라인 내의 설비 가동 상황 및 능력 등의 설비 정보를 기억하는 수단과, 제품의 작업 상황, 장치 및 제조 라인에서 제조되는 제품의 공정 절차와 작업 조건 등의 설비 정보를 기억하는 수단을 가지며, 이들 기억 수단을 이용하여 제조라인 내에서 제조되는 제품을 콘트롤 하는 수단을 구비하는 시스템에 있어서, 상기 제품 정보를 기억하는 수단으로 기억된 공정 절차와 작업 조건을 이용하여 지식 데이터를 작성하는 수단과, 공정 절차 및 작업 조건등의 제품 정보를 입력하는 수단과, 상기 입력 수단으로부터 입력된 데이터를 일시적으로 기억하는 수단과, 상기 일시적으로 기억하는 수단과, 상기 지식 데이터 작성 수단으로 작성된 지식 데이터로부터 새롭게 입력된 데이터를 검증하는 검증 수단과, 상기 검증 수단에 의한 검증 결과를 토대로 문제점을 검색하여 수정하는 수단과, 수정된 데이터를 일시적으로 기억하는 수단과, 제조 정보를 기억하는 수단으로 옮기는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 절차 검증 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제품 정보에 기억되어 있는 데이터에서 기인되는 문제가 발생하였을 때에, 그 문제가 발생된 제품의 제품 정보 내의 데이터를 상기 지식 데이터를 이용하여 문제점을 검색하는 수단과, 상기 검색된 문제점을 키로 모든 내의 데이터를 검색하는 수단과, 검색 결과에 의해 문제점이 있는 제품의 진보 작업을 정지하는 수단과, 검색된 문제를 수정한 후에 정지시켜 제품의 진보 작업을 재개시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공정 절차 검증 장치.
