Abstract
(a) 에틸렌 (b) 탄소원자수 3이상의 α-올레핀 및 (c) 탄소-탄소 이중결합들중 메탈로센촉매에 의해 중합 가능한 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 한 분자내에 함유하는 비공액 폴리엔의 랜덤 공중합체이며, 하기와 같은 특성, 즉 (i) (a) 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위와 (b) 탄소원자수 3 이상의 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위의 몰비〔(a)/(b)〕가 40/60-95/5, (ii) 요드값이 1~50, (iii) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔η〕가 0.1~8.0d1/g, (iv) 상술한 공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕와 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체와 동일한 중량평균분자량(광산란법에 의해 측정)을 가지며, 또한 70몰%의 에틸렌함량을 갖는 선형 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕blank의 비 gη*=(η)/(η)blank이 0.2~0.9이거나 또는 랜덤 공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕와 140℃의 올소디클로로벤젠중에서 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체의 침투크로마토그래프에 의해 측정한 에틸렌 함량이 70몰%인 선형에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로서 계산된 극한점도〔η〕blank의 비g′=(η)/(η)blank′0.2~0.9인 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체와 그의 제조방법과 상기 랜덤 공중합체를 함유하는 가황성 고무조성물이 제공되며, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체와 고무조성물은 내후성, 내오존성, 기계강도 및 가공성이 우수하다.

Claims (7)
- (a) 에틸렌 (b) 탄소원자수 3 이상의 α-올레핀 및 (c) 탄소-탄소 이중결합들중 메탈로센촉매에 의해 중합가능한 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 한 분자내에 함유하는 비공액 폴리엔의 랜덤 공중합체이며, 하기와 같은 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체, (i) (a) 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위가 (b) 탄소원자수 3 이상의 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위의 몰비〔(a)/(b)〕가 40/60~95/5, (ii) 요오드값이 1~50, (iii) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔η〕가 0.1~8.0d1/g, (iv) 상술한 공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕와 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체와 동일한 중량 평균분자량(광산란법에 의해 측정)을 가지며, 또한 70몰%의 에틸렌함량을 갖는 선형 에틸렌 프로필렌 공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕blank의 비 gη*=(η)/(η)blank이 0.2~0.9임.
- (a) 에틸렌 (b) 탄소원자수 3 이상의 α-올레핀 및 (c) 탄소-탄소 이중결합들중 메탈로센촉매에 의해 중합가능한 하나의 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 한 분자내에 함유하는 비공액 폴리엔의 랜덤 공중합체이며, 하기와 같은 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공증합체, (i) (a) 에틸렌으로부터 유도된 단위와 (b) 탄소원자수 3 이상의 α-올레핀으로부터 유도된 단위의 몰비〔(a)/(b)〕가 40/60~95/5, (ii) 요드값이 1~50, (iii) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정한 극한점도〔η〕가 0.1∼8.0dl/g, (iv) 랜덤공중합체의 극한점도〔η〕와 140℃의 올소디클로로벤젠중에서 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체의 침투크로마토그래피에 의해 측정한 에틸렌 함량이 70몰%인 선형에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체로서 계산된 극한점도〔η〕blank의 비 g′=(η)/(η)blank′0.2~0.9임.
- 제1 또는 2항의 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체를 하기식(I)으로 표시된 메탈로센 화합물을 함유하는 메탈로센 촉매를 사용하여 제조하는 것이 특징인 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤공중합체의 제조방법.상기 식에서 M은 주기율표 IVB족의 천이금속원자, R1은 탄소원자수 1~6의 탄화수소기, R2, R4, R5와 R6은 서로 동일 또는 상이하며, 각각 수소, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소원자수 1~6의 탄화수소기이고, R3은 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기 또 유기실릴기로 치환될 수 있는 탄소원자수 6~16의 아릴기이고, X1과 X2는 서로 동일 또는 상이하며, 각각 수소, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 산소함유기 또는 황함유기이고, Y는 탄소원자수1~20의 2가 탄화수소기, 탄소원자수 1~20의 2가 할로겐화 탄화수소기, 2가 실리콘함유기, 2가 주석함유기, 2가 게르마늄함유기, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -SO, -SO2-, -NR7-, -P(R7)-, -P(O)(R7)-, -BR7- 또는 -AlR7- (여기서 R7은 수소, 할로겐원자, 탄소원자수 1~20의 탄화수소기, 또는 탄소원자수 1~20의 할로겐화 탄화수소기임)임.
- 제1또는 2항의 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체를 함유하는 것이 특징인 가황성 고무조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부당 10~200중량부의 보강제 및/또는 무기충전제를 함유하는 것이 특징인 가황성 고무조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀-비공액 폴리엔 랜덤 공중합체 100중량부당 10~200중량부의 연화제 함유하는 것이 특징인 가황성 고무조성물.
- 제4-6항중 어느 한 항의 가황성 고무조성물로부터 얻은 가황고무.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
