Abstract

전기차를 제어하기 위한 전기차 제어장치·전기차 제어장치는 가공 전력선으로부터 직류전력을 수전하여, 이 직류전력을 3상 교류전력으로 변환하기 위한 인버터와, 이 3상 교류전력을 인버터로부터 수전하여 전기차를 구동하기 위해 접속된 영구자석 동기전동기와, 인버터의 고장신호와 동작명령중의 하나에 의거해서 차단신호를 발생하는 제어기와, 제어기로부터 차단신호를 수신하여 인버터와 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하기 위해 접속된 차단기로 된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 가공 전력선으로부터 직류전력을 수전하여, 이 직류전력을 3상 교류전력으로 변환하기 위한 인버터와; 상기 3상 교류전력을 상기 인버터로부터 수전하여 상기 전기차를 구동하기 위해 접속된 영구자석 동기전동기와; 상기 인버터의 고장신호와 동작명령중의 하나에 의거해서 차단신호를 발생하는 제어수단과; 상기 제어수단으로부터 상기 차단신호를 수신하여 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하기 위해 접속된 차단수단으로 된 전기차 제어용 전기차 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 센서수단을 더 가지며, 상기 인버터는 3상 브리지 지접속의 자체 오프전환 반도체소자로 구성되고; 상기 센서수단은 상기 자체 오프전환 반도체소자의 도전상태를 각각 검출하여 복수의 상기 도전상태를 도전 정보로서 출력하는 복수의 센서로 되고; 상기 제어수단은 상기 센서수단에 접속되어 상기 도전 정보를 수신하여 상기 센서에 의해 검출된 상기 도전상태에 의거해서 상기 자체 오프전환 반도체중의 어느 1개가 도전 고장상태인가의 여부를 판단하고, 상기 자체 오프전환 반도체소자의 어느 1개가 도전 고장상태일 경우에는 상기 인버터의 상기 고장신호를 출력하는 전기차 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인버터의 3상 출력단자는 상기 영구자석 동기전동기의 3상 입력단자에 3상 출력선을 통해서 접속되고; 상기 차단수단은 상기 3상 출력선중의 적어도 2개 상의 출력선에 각각 설치된 적어도 2개의 차단기로 되고; 상기 차단기는 상기 제어수단으로부터의 상기 차단신호에 의해 차단됨으로써 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하는 전기차 제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차단수단의 상기 차단기는 접촉기로 된 전기차 제어장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차단수단의 상기 차단기는 반도체소자로 구성된 비접촉형 접촉기로 된 전기차 제어장치.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 차단수단의 상기 차단기는 과전류 퓨즈로 된 전기차 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인버터의 3상 출력단자는 상기 영구자석 동기전동기의 3상 입력단자에 접속되고; 상기 차단수단은 상기 영구자석 동기전동기 내부의 적어도 2개 상의 입력선에 설치된 적어도 2개의 차단기로 되고; 상기 차단수단은 상기 제어수단으로부터의 상기 차단신호에 의해 차단됨으로써 상기 인버터와 상기 영구 자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하는 전기차 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 상기 제어수단이 상기 전기차가 타행운전(coasting operation)중일 때 상기 인버터를 정지시키도록 하는 동작명령을 수신했을 경우에는 상기 차단신호를 발생하고; 상기 차단수단은 상기 제어수단으로부터의 상기 차단신호에 의거해서 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단함으로써 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하는 전기차 제어장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기차는 복수의 상기 전기차 제어장치로 구성되고; 제1군의 상기 전기차 제어장치의 상기 제어수단의 각각은 상기 제어수단이 상기 전기차가 가속이나 감속을 거의 필요로 하지 않은 운전중일 때 상기 인버터를 정지시키도록 하는 동작명령을 수신했을 경우에는 상기 차단신호를 발생하고; 제2군의 상기 전기차 제어장치의 상기 제어수단의 각각은 상기 제어수단이 상기 전기차가 가속이나 감속을 거의 필요로 하지 않은 운전중일 때 상기 차단신호를 발생하지 않고; 상기 제1군의 상기 전기차 제어장치의 상기 제어수단의 각각은 상기 제어수단으로부터의 상기 차단신호에 의거해서 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단함으로써 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 차단하고; 상기 제2군의 상기 전기차제어장치의 상기 제어수단의 각각은 상기 인버터와 상기 영구자석 동기전동기간의 접속을 닫힌 상태로 유지하는 전기차 제어장치.
