Abstract

본 발명은 무단 변속기의 변속비 변경을 위한 절환 시간 결정 방법에 관한 것이다. 무단 변속기(2)의 변속비(ue)의 변경으로 다단 변속기을 생성하는 절환 결정방법에 관한 것으로, 각 절환과 각 절환 급수를 위한 절환 기본 시간을 결정하고, 회전수 계수로 변속비의 변화를 통해 야기된 변속기의 초기 회전수의 변화가 고려되며, 마지막으로 부하 계수를 통해 변속기의 초기 구동에 설정된 부하가 포함된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 무단 변속기(2)의 변속기(ue)의 변경으로 다단 변속기를 작동시키는 절환 시간(ts)의 결정 방법에 있어서, 변속비와 절환 급수(gg)의 변경에 의해 기본 절환 시간(tg)를 결정하는 단계와; 변속비의 변경시 야기되는 변속기(2)의 초기 회전수 ne(t)의 변경에 의해 회전수 계수를 결정하는 단계와; 변속기(2)의 부하 신호 alpha(t)에 의해 부하 계수를 결정하는 단계롸; 기본 절환 시간(tg) 및 부하 계수와 회전수 계수에 의해 절환 시간(ts)를 결정하는 단계로 이루어진 절환 시간 결정 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기본 절환 시간(tg)을 운전 상황(감속/가속 신호 (zs(t))에 의해 추가적으로 결정하는 절환 시간 결정 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 운전 방향 감속 때의 기본 절환 시간(tg)이 운전 상황 가속때보다 적게 선택되는 절환 시간 결정 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상술한 방법을 제시하는 프로그램을 갖는 프로그램 가능한 조정 장치를 구비한 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 병렬된 2개의 크기를 위한 프로그램이 서로 표를 이용하는 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 병렬된 2개의 크기를 위한 프로그램이 서로 함수상의 연결을 이용하는 장치.
