Abstract
본 발명은 중간체를 분리함이 없이 a) 아세톤을 히드록실암모늄 황산염 및 수산화나트륨 용액과 반응시켜 아세톤 옥심을 얻고; b) 상기와 같이 얻어진 아세톤 옥심 용액을 수산화나트륨 용액과 반응시키고 물을 완전히 제거한 다음, c)상기와 같이 얻어진 아세톤 옥심 나트륨염 현탄액을 0.5 내지 15bar, 140℃이하에서 알킬화제와 반응시켜 아세톤 옥심 에테르를 생성시키고; d) 산 HX로 아세톤 옥심 에테르를 분해해서 일반식(I)의 생성물을 얻는 것(상기 a) 내지 d)의 모든 단계에서 균질한 비극성 비양성자성 용매가 사용된다)으로 이루어진, 통합된 방식의 하기 일반식(I)의 O-치환된 히드록실암모늄염의 제조방법이다.
상기식에서, R은 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알케닐 라디칼이며, 각 가리칼은 할로겐-치환될 수 있고; X는 염소 또는 브롬이다.

Claims (7)
- 중간체를 분리함이 없이 a) 아세톤을 히드록실암모늄 황산염 및 수산화타트륨 용액과 반응시켜 구조식 (II)의 아세톤 옥심을 얻고 ;b) 상기와 같이 얻어진 아세톤 옥심 용액을 수산화나트륨 용액으로 처리하고 물을 완전히 제거한 다음, c) 상기와 같이 얻어진 아세톤 옥심 나트륨염 (III)의 현탁액을 0.5 내지 15bar 및 140℃이하에서, 필요에 따라 상 전환 촉매 첨가하에, 일반식(IV)의 알킬화제와 반응시켜 일반식(V)의아세톤 옥심 에테르를 생성시키고;(상기 식에서, R은 일반식(I)에서와 같은 의미를 가지며; Y는 탈핵성 이탈기이다.), d) 산 HX로 아세톤 옥심 에테르를 분해해서 일반식(I)의 생성물을 얻는 것(상기 a) 내지 d)의 모든 단계에서 균질한 비극성 비양성자성 용매가 사용된다)으로 이루어진, 통합된 방식의 하기 일반식(I)의 O-치환된 히드록실암모늄염의 제조방법상기식에서, R은 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C2-C6-알케닐 라디칼이며, 각 가리칼은 할로겐-치환될 수 있고; X는 염소 또는 브롬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매가 톨루엔, 크실렌, 헥산 또는 시클로헥산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 용매가 톨루엔인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 알킬화제가 메틸 클로라이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 상-전환 촉매가 테트라부틸암모늄 브로마이드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 산 HX가 진한 염산인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세톤 옥심(II)를 거의 등 몰량의 수산화나트륨 용액과 반응시켜 나트륨염 (III)을 얻는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
