Abstract

본 발명은 다음 일반식(Ⅱ) 화합물과 일반식 (Ⅲ) 화합물을 염기성 유기용매 또는 염기성 촉매존재하 축합시키고, 가수분해시켜 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 제조한 후, 이를 산화-탈카르복실화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 2-(4'-치환 아릴)프로피온산의 새로운 제조방법을 제공한다.
식 중, R은 수고, 탄소수 1-4의 알킬기 또는 메톡시기이며, R'는 수소, 메틸기 또는 에틸기이다.
본 발명은 보다 돈화한 조건에서 간단히 목적화합물을 얻을 수 있는 새로운 제조방법이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 소듐에독사이드 또는 수듐메톡사이드의 염기성 촉매존재하, 20∼60℃에서 일반식 (Ⅱ) 화합물과 일반식 (Ⅲ) 화합물을 축합시키고, 가수분해시켜 일반식 (Ⅳ)의 화합물을 제조한 후, 이를 산호-탈카르복실화 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 2-(4'-치환 아릴)프로피온산의 제조방법.
    식 중, R은 수고, 탄소수 1-4의 알킬기 또는 메톡시기이며, R'는 수소, 메틸기 또는 에틸기이다.
  2. 제1항에 일반식 (Ⅱ)의 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물을 반응시킬 때, 염기성 촉매 대신에 디메틸포름아미드 피리딘, 피페리딘 또는 그 혼합용액의 염기성 용매하에서 90∼120℃에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 2-(4'치환 아릴)프로피온산의 제조방법.
