Abstract
공구의 날끝이 주축회전중심에 대해서 오프세트되어 있더라도 조작자는 그것을 의식하지 않고 공구의 날끝으로 피가공물을 가공할 때 가공프로그램의 궤적의 진행방향에 대해 공구 날끝을 직각으로 유지하도록 제어하여 용이하게 가공할 수 있도록 함과 동시에, 일정 면조도(面粗度)를 얻도록 한 수치제어 공작기계의 주축법선방향 제어방법을 제공하는 것이다.
회전가능한 주축(S)의 선단에 공구(T)를 장착하고, 공구(T)의 날끝(TA)이 상기 주축(S)의 회전중심(SO)으로부터 오프세트된 상태에서 공구(T)의 날끝(TA)으로 피가공물(W)을 가공할 때 가공프로그램 궤적의 가공진행에 대해서 상기 공구(T)의 날끝을 향상 직각으로 유지하도록 적어도 상기 주축(S)의 회전각도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 주축법선방향 제어모드중의 블럭이음매에서의 해석동작을 설명하는 흐름도이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 주축법선방향 제어방법을 실시하는데 사용되는 수치제어 공작기계의 일례를 나타낸 개략사시도이다.
제6도는 공구의 날끝 중심이 주축중심상에 있는 경우의 공구 오프세트의 설명도이다.
제8도는 제6도에 도시한 공구의 날끝이 블럭이음매의 외측을 지나는 경우의 설명도이다.
제11도는 공구의 날끝의 중심이 주축중심상에 없는 경우의 공구 오프세트의 설명도이다.
제15도는 제11도에 도시한 공구의 날끝이 원호블럭으로부터 원호블럭으로 내측을 이어지나는 경우의 설명도이다.
Claims (1)
- 회전가능한 주축의 선단에 공구를 장착하고, 공구의 날끝이 상기 주축의 회전중심으로부터 오프세트된 상태에서 공구의 날끝으로 피가공물을 가공할 때 가공프로그램 궤적의 가공진행에 대해서 상기 공구의 날끝을 항상 직각으로 유지하도록 적어도 상기 주축의 회전각도를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수치제어 공작기계의 주축법선방향 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
