Abstract

본 발명은 기대의 윗쪽에 가로방향으로 배치한 히이터(10)에 대하여 용이하게 실이 통과할 수 있고, 또 실가이드(29),(30)에의 실걸기도 용이하게 행할 수 있는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치를 제공하는 것으로, 가연장치와 히이터(10)를 기대 윗쪽에 배치해서 이루어진 연신가연기의 실걸기장치에 있어서, 실(Y)을 송출하는 노즐부재(23)와, 송출된 실(Y)을 히이터(10) 입구까지 안내하는 가이드파이프(7)를 구비한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 급사팩케이지(2)로부터 해제되는 실(Y)을 히이터(10), 냉각기(11), 가연유니트를 순차 통과시켜서 가공사를 얻는 연신가연기에 있어서, 상기한 팩케이지(2)측의 실(Y)을 공기흐름에 실어서 송출하는 공기흐름발생수단과, 송출된 실을 상기한 히이터(10)입구까지 안내하는 실가이드(안내)수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 연산가연기의 실걸기장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 히이터가 튜브형 히이터(119)인 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 실가이드수단이 가이드파이프(7)이고, 적어도 일부에 슬릿(27)을 형성해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 가이드파이프가 굴곡부를 보유한 것이고, 그 굴곡부 내측에 슬릿(125)을 형성하며, 상기한 굴곡부의 안쪽에 슬릿(125)으로부터 도출된 실(Y)을 안내하는 가이드롤러(109)를 배치하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 히이터(10)의 실입구부에 실통과를 한 실(Y)을 히이터(10) 벽면과 비접촉상태로 보전지지하도록 안내하는 가이드수단을 성치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 히이터의 실입구부에 통상 운전시에 실주행을 안내하는 가이드롤러(109)와 실걸기시에 실통과를 한 실을 비접촉상태로 보전지지하도록 안내하는 가이드수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 가이드롤러(109)와 가이드수단을 작용 비작용위치로 이동시키는 조작수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제4항, 제6항, 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 히이터의 실입구부에 실주행의 방향 상류특으로의 꼬임의 전파를 저지하는 꼬임멈춤수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 연신가연기의 실걸기장치.
