Abstract
본 발명은 압력하에서 서로 미끄러지는 연동 금속부의 제조 방법으로 요약된다. 여기에 있어서 적어도 한쪽 금속 부분은 분말 금속 사출 성형법으로 제조되어야 한다. 미끄럼을 증가시키고 결합 경향을 최소화하기 위해서 구조화된 배열의 분자를 가진 비금속 물질이 분말 사출 성형에 의해 제조될 금속부의 분말 금속과 분말 또는 입상 구조 형태로 혼합하는데, 이 물질은 금속에 대해서 비활성이며 적어도 900℃에서 열적으로 안정한 물질로서, 특히 세라믹 고형제 혹은 충진제가 적당하다.

제 2도는 분리층 표면에 2차 금속부 사출 성형 매트릭스도,
제 3도는 결합제 제거와 소결 과정후 팽창 슬리브를 부착한 금속 볼트도.
Claims (6)
- 압력하에서 서로 미끌러지는 연동 금속부를 제조하는 방법, 특히, 팽창 슬리브와 팽창체로 구성되며, 팽창 슬리브에 의해서 팽창체의 측방향 이동이 지지 가능하며, 하나 이상의 금속부가 분말 사출 성형법에 의해 제조되는 고정 소자의 제조방법에 있어서, 금속과 비활성이며 적어도 900℃에서 열적으로 안정한 분자 배열구조를 갖는 비금속 물질이 분말 사출 성형법에 의해 제조될 금속부의 금속 분말과 함께 분말 또는 입상 형태로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 금속 분말과 혼합된 바륨설파이트(BaSO4), 티타늄다이옥시드(TiO2)와 같은 세라믹 고형재인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 금속 물질과 혼합된 충진제, 양호하게는 C60충진제인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말 금속에서 물질의 중량비는 0.01 내지 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 분말 금속에서 충진제의 중량비는 0.01 내지 1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질인 분리층(5)이 사출 성형법에 의해 금속 볼트(2)에 가해지고, 동시에 팽창 슬리브(11)이 분말 금속 사출 성형법에 의해 분리층(5)상에 사출되며, 상기 분리층의 두께는 팽창 슬리브(11)의 수축에 대응하고, 사출 성형 공정후 분리층과 결합제가 결합제 제거 및 신터링 공정중 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
